I stay in the apartment across the way from the pool, and you can hear Bob’s whistle from inside the building.. they work hard
I'm jealous. I'd love to watch these guys swim
wow, you're living a swim nerd's dream
You know that training is harder than all your effort ever combined when you see the confused look on probably the most elite athlete group on earth. it must've felt like two deaths with a torture in between, you know you died first only for Bowman to resurrect you to back to life to make you swim a 400 im with a knife in your chest, that level of hard
I’m still waiting on Luca’s comeback. People forgot
fax
We want IM stroke footage!!!
luca looking good rn
Brett Hawke somewhere punching the air rn
Not really, these are middle distance athletes, not sprinters.
You should do a video in training with cam mcevoy 🙏🙏
Is Marchand going to go a 1:26 200 freestyle after splitting 1:28 in the relay last year? 42 and 44 splits seem absolutely reachable for him, particularly from a relay start.
1:26 is not achievable right now. Maybe in the future
@@ccbgaming6994 Agreed. I think he might split a 1:28.0
Someone here can explain how they do this practice? please !
Question here plz
Was there rest or s/d btw rounds?
Or just straight 😅
Between sets a minute i think and between the ones in the sets around 10 to 20. At least thats how we do the anaerobic training.
what's the background song called?
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh!

See! They breathe every two strokes during sprints!! My coach needs to chill
Yeah, not really, they’re pros and have perfect breathing technique
