The History of the Megabots - Part 1

- Learn the history of the Megabots along with the generations that made megabots become a big part of Robocraft. If you are new to Robocraft, here's a glimpse at what megabots provided and what designs was created during its lifespan. Enjoy!
This series will be broken into 2 parts. Part 2 will feature more sad stories and breakdown the breaking news that Freejam provided leading to the end of the megabots.

Fun fact: Mega parts were actually added a week before Dawn of the Megabots. A couple days before the update, FJ started the "Megakill" event; basically if you killed 100 enemies with a MSMG before the update came out, after the update you'd get 6 free Carbon-6 MSMGs!
I remember that, so many mega smgs...
Back in the days I used to view Zalera's bots before they were put onto robocraft garage. We went into TDM at the same time to 1v1 and though depressing times were ahead I made a bot inspired by her style just to show my affection for her and her uniqueness as a person. Now with megabots out of the game I still often visit my megabot garages to see them and retrieve memories. Now im just hoping for a miracle for them to come back. So long old friends, so long...

Even though I was with Robocraft since the early versions of the game, I NEVER got to use Megas... RIP ME. (And all the newer players too)
I played since it came out never got to play as megabot at least I used uber warp drive

ive been playing this game for 2 years and it was getting more and more fun with the megas but now they removed them and now they added a stupid crate system and you dont get money from games anymore you just get crates. overall the game was great and now its going downhill.

This is my first playing Robocraft during this Update, it was fun but shame now it's not on pvp game mode anymore (but still on custom mode)

My two babies were killed by Freejam, that was the start to my fallout of warframe, the downfall of the machspeeders was my final fall. That was my main little baby

I remember the first days of megabots lmao. Toilet shaped Megabots were a normal thing.. I still remember a megabot that was just a toilet, a single wheel and a gun on top......First days were best with all the megabot ghetto builds...
