Let's not sugarcoat this - your method for cooking sago is totally wrong. You're telling people to put sago in room-temp water and boil it? Seriously? Your backwards method means the sago's starch leaks out before the surface can set by heat, turning the whole thing into a goopy mess. Congratulations, thanks to your culinary blunder, I now have a pot full of inedible starch sludge instead of sago. Maybe try actually cooking sago before writing a recipe next time? You've just wasted my ingredients and time with this disaster of a recipe.
yes but I want to try...how to avoid....we have too many newly harvested pomelos. And I wanna give it a try... Can I just use powdered milk instead? I have problems with coconut milk 😢
@@rod_triplxvi739 if you have evaporated (70%) and fresh milk (30%) ratio, you may want to try it, some recipes uses this combo. BUT go easy in case you are lactose intolerance!
