      All exercises are good, but u need to do it in common, i mean compare it with other different exercises. It will help you to become more diversifed player. Exercises with rubber (expander it calls mb) are really nice and important for adding more stability (and power with speed with it) to your shoulders (use it for warm-up when u train shoulders in gym and like singular exercises and on warm-up before volleyball). From video: a truly love about exercise, when you stay near the wall and rotate your body, chest and imitate the spike (my best)
