      lol you dumbaf. If you want your chest to look bigger, you need a wider back. The back exercises they showed are to help increase the width of your back. Your chest ain't gonna look big if your back is as thin as a pencil you fucktard.

    What I love about this simple, almost beginner videos is picking up little variations and details of lifts you already know, like for me it was with those single arm dumbbell rows, the little details add up with these things1

    Great advice. If anyone could give me advice on lower back pain from heavy rack pulls and how to not get lower back pain next time I do rack pulls that would be great aswell. Im a 16 yr old teen btw.

    Hey Steve, really appreciate the video, especially the mobility exercise at the end and the first bench press tip as I recently damaged my shoulder from going for a PR in Bench - clearly have the bar too far up my chest. Thanks again!

      You should check out Alan Thrall's "Fix your bar path for a stronger bench press" video it doesn't make sense to hold a barbell straight over your chest the whole time but then at the same time it's not good to hold it over your shoulders the whole motion. It really relives alot of the stress benching can cause on your shoulders

    after watching all kinds off video's tips tricks for a couple off years..i felt like this was a pointless video but heck i know steve just surprised me with some damn good tips here, those small things can make up for big gains.

    I started doing lat pullover with the cable cross over machine. constant pressure on lat when you go up and down. use decline bench, and don't let the stake hit the stake that isn't moving.

    Very interesting take on the Incline DB Flyes. I'll definitely be trying that tomorrow with my push day. This inspired me to try a wider foot position for my flat bench too. Looking forward to trying both modified exercises.

    To all those confused, all of those tips ARE for building a bigger chest, it is not a clickbait. The triceps and the back are big supporting muscles for a lot of chest movements. By developing those muscles, it will be a lot easier for you to develop your chest. If you have a weak back and weak triceps, don't expect to be able to bench much. If your bench press is weak, it will be much harder to build quality mass on your chest.

      Also, without mobility, you will be more susceptible to shoulder injury, especially on bench press. Keep up the good work, Steve!

    Steve Question?
    So my left shoulder socket seams to pop. How do i repair and build that so i can advance?
    I'm starting over, i was unable to work out for over almost 2 years.
    Now that I'm cured of my ailment, i want to get my body as close to your build as possible. Not some ego juicer.

    Great job helping and protecting those of us who listen to your teaching.

    i like it. Maybe some more unconventional or advanced movements/tips would be cool. I feel like there are so many beginner and intermediate type tutorial videos on UA-cam and there is a lot less advanced tips. This might be an area worth exploring.
