Have yall concidered a tortilla press might be more efficient. Same little squares pressing them out and the plastic liner would prevent them from sticking to the press… just a thought Rolling pin is good but might be more time consuming, tortilla press wont take up to much space can be pressed as thick or thin as needed evenly
I got a handwritten note plus Hercules post-its from Taylor with my last order and it absolutely made my week!!! The idea of writing notes for orders packed on camera is awesome! Thank you guys! I actually just graduated from medical school so I’m technically a doctor, and I can confirm that Grey’s Anatomy is probably the closest to real life of all the medical shows, but still kinda far off 😅. I also felt like I could’ve been a surgeon because I’m good at working with my hands, but after my surgical rotation, no thank you! The hours, culture, and overall lifestyle is awful in my opinion lol. 5am-8pm isn’t fun for me!
Congratulations to you! What do you want to do as a doctor? I just graduated with my Master in Education, and am back in school going for my Doctorate.
Little wooden rolling pin may make the caramel discs a little faster. I know they sell circles of flat caramel in between sheets of wax paper at halloween to make caramel apples without having to heat anything or get messy. Similar concept Or a tortilla maker and wax paper. Toss in a glob, press, ready to roll around the marshmallow.
Who took away Karen's ribbon?! Nobody should mess with the ribbon Queen. 🎀 Great job Coop. These looks so much nicer than with the large caramel puddles. 👍🏻
Have a suggestion for the caramel for the marshmallows. Could you run the solid caramel through a pasta machine to make sheets, then use a cookie cutter to cut large circles to cover the marshmallows.? Then you would get a consistency in the thickness of the caramel. I have a hand crank pasta maker and I don’t have a problem with any coughs sticking…thinking maybe if the caramel is cold it will not stick either. Just a thought… By the way, I cannot wait to visit your store!
I melt my caramel in a crockpot, keeps it the right temperature and if you use one of the crockpot liners that are like plastic wrap when you go to clean it up you can put the liner in the freezer and then the left over caramel just crumbles up and you can pull it all off to reuse the next time.
if you have a heavy-duty mixer you could use soft caramel and marshmallow cream to make them. after mixing and pouring onto a sheet you cool and cut them into squares. then you pull them out of the fridge, roll the squares into balls, stick a stick into them, and coat them the way you want. we cover them with milk chocolate and roll them in Oreo crumbs or white chocolate coating with sprinkles.
soap cutting guides might be a good option for the caramel! It's basically the same exact thing you're currently using, but it has multiple slots so you wouldn't have to keep moving the caramel each time
Hamburger patty press or tortilla press and use waxed paper sheet you can get for a burger press slightly warm Caramel before pressing then quickly mold flattened caramel around marshmallows
My surprise was a magnet !! You guys are absolutely amazing! I proudly sport your newly purchased merch on Michigans lakeshore! I ate everything! And savored every piece ❤️🍫 I have to have those marshmallow pops . I’ll treat myself again soon🤗✌️🤘
Maybe the next streamline option maybe to use a pasta machine to flatten the caramel into sheets then cut into smaller pieces? You can then start a prod line of wrapping the marshmallow 😊
I wonder if the Carmel could be dusted with powder sugar and ran threw a pasta roller then cut into circles to put around the marshmallows. just a thought. what ever works best for you.
I use a pizza cutter with rolled out Carmel to make the sides and a very small circle cookie cutter to make top and bottom. It makes a very clean marshmallow.
Use a roller and flatten a bunch of carmel at once. (Probably need coated with cornstarch. Then use circle cookie cutters to cut the correct diameter. Then you could just assemble them. Might be slightly faster. 🤷♀️
What if you rolled out a ribbon of caramel between parchment, laid the marshmallows on in a row and wrapped the entire row . Then you could cut between them and pinch the ends. You could even do all the ribbons of caramel all at once layered with parchment (maybe in front of the candy warmer to make it easier to roll out).
WTG Cooper! And don't you all love Karen's smile. 😀 I still have Taylor's little note from our very 1st order. I was tickled pink! Thanks to all at Hercules. 😊😊
When you make peanut butter, marshmallow squares, they are made with two packages of miniature marshmallows, two packages of butterscotch chips …one cup peanut butter and one half pound butter …melt butter in a pot, then melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips and then takeoff heat add marshmallows. Pour onto wax paper on cookie sheet cover with wax paper once spread, smooth and then place in fridge. Cut peanut butter, marshmallow squares into cube size pieces and put in your stick wrap as normal.
idea for the caramel marshmallows : roll out a sheet of caramel with a rolling pin to the desired thickness then cut squares to fit over the marshmallows with sticks already on them and drape caramel squares over the marshmallows with a stick in it and pinch and stretch the caramel on the end of the stick under the marshmallow like a sucker and viola! easier than what ya'll have been doing lol hope it helps if IF u even see this comment
When I was very young my family made caramel apples in the Autumn. My parents used wrappels - a very thin sheet of caramel that was about the dimension of a small pizza. It was actually wrapped around a small apple about the size of a large hard ball baseball.
Don't know if it would work but you could try and roll out caramel on a silicone bakers pad. Cut out appropriate sized discs of caramel. Place on top a cold or frozen marshmallow and then take a heat gun/hair dryer to it and let the caramel drape onto the mallow and then seal by pinching the top?
The soap cutter 🙌🏼 - I too am a creature of habit when buying the same thing. I never try something g new. The being a doctor 😂 - yeah, with the Rockefeller medical system we all should look into our health and help each other. That system is jank!
Ok…. I don’t want to be that person telling you how to do your job or pretend I know what I’m talking about.. because I don’t!! That being said I may have an idea for making Carmel marshmallows, I love the new method, but it seems to me that making the “Pattie’s” it quite time consuming. What if you melted the Carmel into a thin sheet of Carmel and let it set up, then cut with that fun pizza roller thingy to get the width and length and then wrap them… idk may spark inspo. Keep up the good work!!!
Via recommendation is to use a heated metal disc with a tortilla press and that’s going to you’ll put the caramel on there and then I’ll press it with the tortilla and it’ll be heated so the Klein will be a little bit more malleable and then it’ll come off and then you can wrap it that’s what we do
wondering if you market something similar maybe wrap it with a fruit. rollup/white chocolate and dust it with a edible glitter or crushed hard candy...... a magical wand or princess wand
Would you be able to use the enrober machine with Carmel? That’s the thought I had when you guys were talking about what better ways there was to do this and this being most efficient.
Silly question but why put them in the refrigerator when they haven’t been dipped in hot caramel? It doesn’t have to cool down so wouldn’t it be easier just to place the sticks in the first step?
how about making the carmel into a sheet than cutting circles out the right size ? If this is not a good suggestion let it go in one ear and out the other. lol.. Have a wonderful year.
Can you pour the caramel as a thin sheet cool then cut what you need to coat the marshmallows with or use a roller to roll out the caramel to do them faster
That was my order!!! And yes, the sticky notes and letter opener were great! Thanks Hercules team.
Have yall concidered a tortilla press might be more efficient. Same little squares pressing them out and the plastic liner would prevent them from sticking to the press… just a thought
Rolling pin is good but might be more time consuming, tortilla press wont take up to much space can be pressed as thick or thin as needed evenly
Interesting things to consider 🤔
That's exactly what I was about to comment.
I was going to say that too. The press can be heated to assist with the squish.
I was thinking the exact same thing as I started watching this video! 😊
I got a handwritten note plus Hercules post-its from Taylor with my last order and it absolutely made my week!!! The idea of writing notes for orders packed on camera is awesome! Thank you guys!

Congratulations ❤ I looked at your profile and saw ID brought me back to my daughters feis days. Slainte.
Congratulations!
@@MissDebra psychiatry! The complete opposite of surgery 😂. Good luck with your schooling, it’s no easy feat!
@@annlittle7788 thank you! And wow ID really is a small world! 🧡 Slainte!
Cooper is always finding great ways to streamline things. Love it when Cooper is in the videos.
Your entire staff are so funny and kind. I love watching your videos.
Dagnabbit, what a shop. The preparation for the tasks is satisfying.
Good to see & hear cooper!!
8:17 you should put little stickers that say "packed by:"
I miss max but Cooper is awesome! And I love to watch Cooper because he is so involved and it seems like he really loves what he is doing
What happened to max
That explains why it wasn’t a caramel puddle mess when I bought them last! Great thinking outside the box Cooper!
14:21 - I don't like pe'cans either... but p'cahns, those are pretty good.

Glad y'all are getting sponsors, make that $$$! Hope everyone gets a raise this year :)
So good to hear you explaining things again Coop!!! Missed your input man! Still dig the Mr. Roger's apron!!!
Coop's apron and hoodie game are always on point 👌
We used to make these but we would freeze the marshmallows first and then dip them in the caramel. It helped a lot
Who took away Karen's ribbon?! Nobody should mess with the ribbon Queen. 🎀 Great job Coop. These looks so much nicer than with the large caramel puddles. 👍🏻
They are definitely more aesthetically pleasing
They look great! I'll eat them whatever they look like haha

Interesting 🤔
Come on down to the great state of SC. Convince mom and dad to move or open a store down here. Love the brittle
I've watching yall videos for five years, then i return and stills perfect. Waiting for delivery to brazil ❤
Much better method! The amount of energy used to use that microwave too. I'm old I watched ER and only beginning of Grays Anatomy
Karen still talking about the ribbons....😂😂😂 Gotta love her. 💗
Hamburger patty press or tortilla press and use waxed paper sheet you can get for a burger press slightly warm Caramel before pressing then quickly mold flattened caramel around marshmallows
Great video! Loved seeing everyone enjoying themselves 😊
The turtle pops would be delicious in dark chocolate too....hint, hint!! Lol!! They look amazing!! Great job with the new method of making them.👍
Always love Julia's and Cooper's energy ❤ thank you for making all these delicious treats for us
Actually I believe Karen would be an international treasure. She is beloved by people all around the world.
Glad to see Batman transitions are living on through SpongeBob. lol
Haha isn't it funny how things live on and different generations refer to them how they were introduced to them? 😂
It’s nice to see Cooper. I think I’ve missed a few videos with him in them so it feels like I haven’t seen him in months😂
Great video, Scott! Happy to see everyone’s faces & hear all the laughs! ☺️🍫
My surprise was a magnet !!

Great job. Work smarter not harder. You can make 30 round disc to be used later.
fun ad for shipstation! glad to see a sponsor on the video! you could have made a quick crystal ball from blown candy, that would have been fun :)
TERRY AND THE AD, I love love love it!
I wonder if the Carmel could be dusted with powder sugar and ran threw a pasta roller then cut into circles to put around the marshmallows. just a thought. what ever works best for you.
Wow Cooper. What an improvement. Those look beautiful
could you roll out the caramel into a sheet ,then use a round cookie cutter like you use on the turtles?
My thought exactly.
That's another possibility 🤔
I use a pizza cutter with rolled out Carmel to make the sides and a very small circle cookie cutter to make top and bottom. It makes a very clean marshmallow.
Creative Cooper! The best kind of Cooper😊
I also am a Grey’s Anatomy trained doctor
Karen!! 🤩
I hope Copper stars with forever I just love him

More of a production line, but this is a great idea :)
When Karen tapped on the Camara I almost fell out she is so cute
😂
She's an absolute treasure ❤
WTG Cooper! And don't you all love Karen's smile. 😀 I still have Taylor's little note from our very 1st order. I was tickled pink! Thanks to all at Hercules. 😊😊
Agreed Karen is a National Treasure❤ an International Treasure ❤❤❤
You should use a pasta roller!😉❤️
Yes! It either mean a lot less work for Cooper's hands or it will make a giant mess. Either way, sounds like a win :)
Oh my gosh these look amazing! I don't like cake pops, but turtle pops sounds perfect 💙

I thought the same as Karen, "Where's the Ribbon.."? No twist ties, just not the same.
Try rolling out carmel, cutting in squares, and using a dumpling press. Seems like it would streamline the process. :)
Jet puff has filled marshmallows. do whatever you want with that info.
Yum! Thanks for sharing.
To be fair, Julia never attended Terry's caramel cutting school. That jig is a cop out😂😂😂. All the OG's know what I am talking about.
Hey Cooper....how about smores on a stick. Marshmallow wrapped in chocolate rolled in crushed Graham crackers.
I see by the clock on the wall it's lunch time so that why terry isn't taste testing she doesn't want her mother to put her in time out haha
Genius idea that works great Cooper!
"That's their government name"😂😂😂😂😂😂🥰🥰
You could use a pasta machine to get even consistency.
That's like me at StarBucks! I only EVER get the ~Vinte Toffee-Nut Frap w/2 shots Espresso and Whipped Cream~😋💖
I'm in NC!!😃🥰
😂 Karen and the ribbon.
I worked for 29 Yrs in an office and I wish I would’ve had this much fun.
Use a pasta machine and parchment/ silpat to roll out caramel
I think chocolate drops with peppermint cream would be yummy like a gourmet junior mint
We have peppermint patties- same ingredients- different shape 😊
Maybe put the stick in before the caramel cools off
That's not a bad idea!
My opinion means nothing but I agree 100% with Cooper's new carmel wraps. I always thought that puddle of carmel was too much.
The soap cutter 🙌🏼 - I too am a creature of habit when buying the same thing. I never try something g new. The being a doctor 😂 - yeah, with the Rockefeller medical system we all should look into our health and help each other. That system is jank!
I’d roll the caramel between wax paper and roll it consistent flat and then cut into squares for wrapping.
Ok…. I don’t want to be that person telling you how to do your job or pretend I know what I’m talking about.. because I don’t!!

Late watching this but watching Coop cover the pops with chocolate makes me think of mini marshmallows done this way.
Yummm, have you thought of using a slightly shorter sticks for your marshmallow, caramel, chocolate, nut pops?
I bet those would be good with toasted coconut, too. Wish they were vegan!
3:30 I see Cara is still looking for all that money that has been deducted from her pay...
What about freezing the mallows before dipping in hot caramel?
She’s a Classic❤
Scotchmallow is my favorite!
It was funny watching the mom read from the paper on her ad 😂
The blooper reel? You mean half the videos cause y'all are chaos and it's entertaining?
That's why it would take us forever to make a blooper reel, we just keep everything in the videos 😂
Via recommendation is to use a heated metal disc with a tortilla press and that’s going to you’ll put the caramel on there and then I’ll press it with the tortilla and it’ll be heated so the Klein will be a little bit more malleable and then it’ll come off and then you can wrap it that’s what we do
roll out ALL of the caramel to uniform thickness, and use a cookie cutter to make the circles. re-roll the scraps and repeat
use a pasta plate (lassagna) to make a long ribon of caramel..... it looks coold enough to not stick.....
Saw when Greg dipped marshmallows and it took forever! This way is so much better !
Could you roll the caramel between sheets of paper and use a cookie cutter the size you need, or is shaping it by hand easier?
Have you tried freezing the marshmallows before dipping them in hot caramel?
wondering if you market something similar maybe wrap it with a fruit. rollup/white chocolate and dust it with a edible glitter or crushed hard candy...... a magical wand or princess wand
We need to make that a candy bar.
It is always a treat to see Karen. 🎉🎉🎉
You could freeze the marshmellow first before dipping them in hot caramel.
Why not freeze the marshmallows and heat the caramel to a liquid form and dip the mellows?
Would you be able to use the enrober machine with Carmel? That’s the thought I had when you guys were talking about what better ways there was to do this and this being most efficient.
Silly question but why put them in the refrigerator when they haven’t been dipped in hot caramel? It doesn’t have to cool down so wouldn’t it be easier just to place the sticks in the first step?

what about using a small metal roller bar to flatten the carmel out? before you wrap it ?
I wonder if you could use a pasta sheeter to get the thin caramel sheets so you don't have to make the pattys by hand
Can you pour the caramel as a thin sheet cool then cut what you need to coat the marshmallows with or use a roller to roll out the caramel to do them faster
What about frozen mellows to stop the melting?
