So are you talking about the circular orifices? Ours look exactly the same on each side, regardless of the numbers. How would that make a difference ? I’m genuinely curious.
@@robertcraft444 i looked at mine looks like when the hole is put in it it is done in direction of flow so guessing it could flow thru orfice that direction with less resistance
I come from old school of planters only thing we had was an old John Deere 4 row corn planter and a 14' drill for the beans. I'll never understand how they make those planters to run as fast as they do without missing a beat. Great video as always
You don’t know much about tile then. I’m not draining the ground I’m only draining the excess water off. Then the most important part of it is I’m adding a shit ton of oxygen to the soil.
The amount of cotton that was planted in west tn with a non-highspeed regular case ih planter at 8 to 9 mph is mind blowing . Several i know just said fk it shift up and dont look back .
look up in the last few videos of farming fixing and fab he got a new planter this year he has a good in ferow system from shaffer i think it is he seems to like it may be work a look at maybe

@@JamesButtz well that makes sense but it just doesn’t seem there would be enough resistance to make a difference
Yes. Look in the teejet manual it says plainly exactly what I explained. It makes a difference.

I have never seen anybody back up on a new pass
Easiest way to turn around with just one set of endrows.
Never seen anybody back up to the next pass before
Easiest way to turn around on a tight end.
Nupco tile love it
A rule that I was taught about farm ground. Clean it up,dry it up,and sweeten it!
