It’s not wrapped around an LS400 drivetrain it’s an exclusive platform that was later used for the Mark 4 Supra also the first car sculpted from clay which explains the organic lines of the body
@@Maplecook hahaha I totally get that whenever someone asks me about it I say "yeah it's a Toyota soarer" the next sentence without fail is always "oh what's that?" Or "a Toyota??"
@@Matt-wd5wk My buddy and I have taken to calling our occasional pleasure drives, "Mind cruising." haha I love this car, but there is an exception: having to work on it. In 2018, I did the timing belt, and in 2020, the starter. OMG, the engineers who decided on the placement of various components, needs to be disciplined. Putting the starter IN the V of the V8, is just evil for whomever needs to access it later.
@@Paranoid-loser it’s in “I paid 1000 bucks for it condition” lmao I got it as a project as the drivetrain was perfectly maintained and healthy but the interior was trashed but im swapping interior from the grayish blue to black

What a great pair of Canadians!
The sexiest car ever made!
What a beauty, always a favorite 😍, rather have this than any modern cell phone on wheels
They're cheap now.
I would buy it just for the door hinges.
Yea I have a 98 sc300 and the hinges are over engineered to make sure the 50lb doors don't droop overtime
