Haven't seen this mentioned but I fought this error for almost a year and it ended up being my internet. Something was attacking my router and would cause my internet to cut out only briefly. After logging into, resetting, and securing my router haven't had an issue since. Been almost a month and this error has disappeared. Never had this error occur on any other games except ones that require internet. It was unnoticeable on a desktop or phone when internet would cut out but the ps4 would crash the game. Sorry, not most computer savvy so don't know how to explain to well, hopefully it's understandable. Tbh surprised I figured out the issue without outside help
guys one thing I did and it worked for me but I don't know if it will work for you, I turned off the PS4 and unplugged the cables connected to it and waited a few seconds, connected it again and the bug disappeared
Thanks this work. Suddenly only today playing terminator resistance. In middle game error occurred then before get main menu error occurred 4 times in row then found this video it work now can play it again many thanks you life saver sir 👍
This happens to me w warzone and every time I load into rebirths or something I can play the 60 seconds but once I load in it just freezes idk why none of these don’t work?

I literally did everything from checking to see if the game/system needed an update to initializing my ps4 I deleted and re downloaded all my games and this error is still showing up
This error started on my ps4 pro probably about 4 months ago. When it happened I researched it like crazy because I was, and still am, really pissed a $450 console lasted me ALMOST 4 years. It's pathetic and has made me vow to never buy a Sony product again. Anyway, I read on a few tech site message boards was that this is actually an issue with a certain component and the motherboard. From what I gathered, the way this certain part is mounted onto the motherboard, there can be issues eventually...and they are not cheap to fix. I honestly can't remember the specifics as I wrote a lot of this down in a notebook that got lost when I moved a couple months ago. I've tried all the fixes, bought a high dollar SSD for it, and nothing. Still happens a couple times a day. I just kinda gave up on it. It currently isn't bad enough that I'll replace it, but when I do replace it, I'm taking it out with a sledgehammer Now I don't know if this is the reason for the error or not, but I read it more than once so it must have some truth to it. What also pisses me off is Sony doesn't even really acknowledge it. Tech support just says the same thing this video here does. Lots of people experience this problem. It sucks for sure. Didn't work for me...switched out the HDD still didn't work full clean service new thermal paste nothing.I have found that it was getting to hot not sure why put a fan on the inlet side and 6 hours now so far so good😅
