Dry firing glock clones if the tail end of slide is pushed to right side while resetting. Sometimes the connector doesn’t get pushed by slide and doesn’t reset. Because of the slop in rails and slide. When actually firing, the slide is perfectly aligned with frame and always trips the connector. You should remove connector and see if bent too far outward to Right. Should barely see top of connector sitting outside trigger housing. Can find pics online of correct angle.

I work in a highly regulated industry. Not allowed to carry but I forgot a couple of times and had to run out to my truck before getting busted.
I can relate to your struggle sir. I'm assuming they've got no issues with leaving it in a vehicle.

At my asphalt job I concealed carry a lot some times it’s too hot to so I keep it in my lunch bag.
That's understandable. Depending on the task at hand, concealed carrying can be quite uncomfortable or inconvenient.
