Mark was a really good friend of mine. He is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I met him via Dave Funkenklien rip as well. He would fly out here to Los Angeles and I would pick him up or meet him at his hotel somewhere in Hollywood or Beverly Hills.... RIP Mark 🙏🏾

yeah I was saving money to get a pair of technics and all the stuff to make it work with digital but problems here, problems there... good bye savings and that's why I got a controller, but it's ok I will scratch on vinyl someday! :D

I guess nowadays loads of DJs with talent sooner or later start making this modern meta-shit music invented by psychologists, sociologists or marketing people to make as much money in as short time as possible. In that case who will take the effort and push a crate with him if it doesn't make you more money and most people won't even notice the difference. That's why I loved this set instantly - 54yo and you still sound real man, pure skill! That's the long forgotten art of making beats that reminds the standards back in the days.
