Really enjoyed your spin on this dish by adding the veggies and your childhood memory with your mom! Thanks! 🥂

When the Food Network and other cooking shows were on television beef carpaccio is a dish that caught me eye. I'd never considered eating a dish where beef is uncooked. But I really could imagine how good a quality cut of beef with the cheese, lemon and olive oil could be the Best thing I'd ever tasted. So I went to Paris and finally got to eat it and found it just as good as I thought it would be. I came home and found a recipe that I eat when I want to treat myself
that is one heck of a beautiful carpacc
Yum
What kind of cutting board are you using? Looks nice
What are the leafy greens you added?
would you please let me know what knife you used (brand). I have a hard time finding a great knife...$$ not an option. Thank you!
I’m loving your work, and I’m vegan. I hope you get the magnitude of the compliment. Seriously, keep it up.
Oh wow, Thank you man!
@@AdamWitt I love watching chefs who really care about the food. No matter what they’re cooking.
Don’t worry Adam, I’m sure you can find a version of this recipe that uses beef colored chemical slices instead.
I kid :)
Raw mushrooms go reaaaaally well on carpaccio as well🤤
good story. your mom sounds cool
Carpaccio was first made in Harry's bar in Venice in 1963 by Giuseppe Cipriani, hope that helps.
No acid on the beef?
Is that a masakage??
Hell yeah it is. Good looks.
DELICIOS! CONGRATS!
Balsamic?
This is what Illinois accent sounds like?
New generation cutting words short dumbs us down as a whole.
I think it's just me that dumbs us down as a whole but yeah.
@@AdamWitt lol. All good.
Thanks for the great video. I just half froze a piece of filet mignon and sliced as you suggested 👍 excellent!

I do my carpaccio just like this but I stick it in the microwave for 2 min on high to really bring all of the ingredients together.
Also so it’s not RAW!
