yeah that strings intro instantly made me hear emil’s despair! this is such a beautiful song I think they’ve outdone themselves… I love the layered vocals and lyrics
@@mintdrakenier The glitchy and whispery tones are a good indicator for what’s to come for this version of Route C. Mefeels it’s going to be a lot more horrifying than how it turned out in the game. Especially with the implications of “Process 11”…

The fact it’s keiichi okabe who composed and yoko taro who helped with writing the lyrics means something 👀
they’re both involved with the anime in either the OST, story direction, etc. so it’s expected that they’d have done so
This quickly becomes one of my fav anime ending, the feelings this song delivered are very mixed, sorrow, wish, guilty, redemption, sadness
