I have ridden the new Himalayan! And as a previous generation Himalayan owner, the one thing I wanted on the new one is for it to feel lighter! I Really wanna ride a build like this some day to actually have fun with it!
This is actually a very good series of videos, thanks a lot Especially for shorter riders this is very good information. lovely to watch, keep it going.
Regardless of what anyone says, it’s a great, great build. Just one unrelated question. Are there no alternatives to the stock headlamp (which is abysmal) other than aux lights?
Love your work! I'm about to purchase a Himy 450 in the Netherlands. I was wondering what kind of rally seat you have mounted. I was looking through the accessories catalogue I saw that I was only able to install the rally seat in combination with the rally tail fairing, but it looks like you have not installed this fairing. Hope you can give me some insight. Kind regards from Holland.
Hi. The rally seat fits without the fairing. Neither the rally seat nor the fairing has been launched in India as of now. This is a prototype seat that Royal Enfield have given me to test.
What knobbies do you guys use? And do you load up the bikes in a pickup and take it to these places or ride from home? Wanted to know the life of these knobbies if ridden from home to these trails considering that one has to ride minimum 40-50 kms to find trails near any city in India.
Hey!! where you guys from @abhinavbhat, I just bought the Himalayan too a week ago but I feel like I am having some issues, was wondering if somehow I can get in touch with you and get some tips and what I can do? Awesome videos I feel I have some hopes for this bike for better experience
Just your height doesn't matter. Primary issue is height and your in seam (length of your legs). I'm 5'7 but a shorter in seam so I look shorter than someone with the same height but longer in seam. Test ride it. In my experience as long as you're able to flat foot even 1 foot, shouldn't be any issues. Of course this is considering all types of riding - touring, adventure, trails, city.
himalayan 450 tripper is not connecting with pixel phones with Android 14. tired of complaining to RE , they are not giving me proper response.please you try to connect with pixel phone and please highlight this issue
@@mangalbopche1 oh wow. I'm 5'7. I could give it a try but I have been on enduro type trails and even the stock feels tall. Kudos if you're able to manage it. 👍
Maybe it was a hard impact on the front wheel, it is not that weak. You want to make sure the rear wheel touches the ground first while jumping from height.
Thank you for letting me test ride your Machine. A good ride, hope to ride more soon! Cheers!
Wow! So down to earth people! So refreshing!
That's a pretty strong endorsement!

a drone shot maybe would show us how sexy this bike looks in action, the postapocalyptic zombie killing machine
It actually sounds like it has some decent get up and go, will be interesting to see how it compares to the cfmoto mt450! Thanks for sharing.

I like the seat compared to the stock item. Great informative video.

👏👏👏
Thank you. I like the look of the stock round headlight or I would have switched to a rally tower and two Baja lights already.

He did his best
You need to mount at least one camera on the bike, probably lower down to show the slides and the speed perspective.
Hey Abhinav, how did you get the Rally seat for the Himalayan 450? I thought RE hadn't released it to the public yet. How much did it set you back?
It's not my bike. It belongs to Royal Enfield. The seat came with it on a special request.

Nice video Abhinav and Abhishek. I also have an xpulse bs4 edition and looking forward to upgrade. I have a height of 5.6 do you suggest me this bike?
Only a test ride by you can convincingly answer that.

@@Whatreally123 Thanks bro definitely gonna test drive it first.
Bro, does Himalayan still feels top heavy after weight reduction?
No. But I'm used to a Tiger 1200, the most top heavy bike in the world.

5'4 riding the xpulse with rally setup ?
Possible, i am 5'6 yet i ride rally with rally seat
I’m 5’4 not an issue. It’s just the matter of making it a habit and learning some techniques.
@@mangalbopche1 just the rally seat or with the rally suspension also?

Claims regarding height ...unless anyone is experienced or below 5'5 he/she wnt be comfortable irrespective of the type of seats used in himmy450
I bent my Himalayan 450 front suspension by jumping from 3 ft height.😔
Bent the suspension?
@@abhinavbhatt little bit
Is it that fragile to bend the suspension from just 3 feet of height. At least it shouldn’t happen with an off roader bike.
Maybe it was a hard impact on the front wheel, it is not that weak.
You want to make sure the rear wheel touches the ground first while jumping from height.
Maybe it's a fork out issue on your bike, it's pretty common if you fall and do aggressive jumps with wrong position.

Better still, you learn English so as to watch with the whole of India.
