"That man has no chill in life." Dude, I want that on a T-Shirt. Great vid. Anticipating the 450's arrival in the US. Nice to have folks like you putting out solid content to satisfy the itch until then.
Dyno test video- if possible- it would put out more detailed information on the modifications, how much is the gain after all the changes made to the bike.
Abhinav you should do voice over for videos while trail riding 1. You will be able to ride better 2. We will get better commentary 3. You can always add the sound of the bike in the background.
dude i feel the aggressiveness' from my laptop ,,, omg sound from my ear pods hit the adrenaline ,,, congratulations you nailed the project Mountain GOAT
Do you think an XPulse 200 would be enough for touring/offroading usage? Or will waiting for the 400 be worth it? I've heard it's going to be priced around 2.5 to 3L
Mr Batt, I have to call bullshit. You do have skills, brother! And the excitement you have for riding the bike is fun for all us to see. That was an exciting ride and it definitely showed the Himalayan can fly down very rough trails. Amazing bike, amazing ride, excellent video! Thanks for posting. Cheers from Oklahoma.
after watching the previous video, was wondering if removing tank guards was a good decision. Good to know, it wasn't. Btw, great work with the mods etc. and your videos are very good and informative. Thanks.
Hi Abhinav! Great series so far. Was waiting for this video. I can't imagine how much the delta between the stock and this version must be feeling. I was wondering why did you have to pull the ABS fuse off completely? Does the bike give an issue if you just turn off abs via software like the modes abs off mode?
It seems to me that it bounces too much, when it should absorb imperfections. I can't quite figure out if it's too hard, too slow, or both. But you can certainly see the lack of control in the video.
Hmm.. about the tank guards, have you considered having someone make a custom ones, in some other material? Such a project would ofcourse involve the parts holding the headlight etc aswell, since the front end of the tank guards are bolted into it, but I think you could end up with weight savings of a couple of kilos, just by using better materials, & since it's so high on the bike, the effective benefits in bike handling would be multiplied..🤔🧐
It would be nice if you could come up with a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) fuel tank and remove that cage around the tank. Bike would completely transform into a proper rally machine. Wish to know your opinion on the possibility.
@@abhinavbhatt FRP manufacturer can do it. But we should give the tank for the moulding process. And it can be given a good finish at the end with leak proof. It's a little complex process as it is a composite material but worth it. Just make the tank like tenere 700, sleak. Also, it shouldn't touch the ground when it falls. Kindly try this possibility. Only you can do it. Thanks.
If the tank wasn’t leaking means you could have used the same until you finish this project, because as per my experience this jerry can holders will never save tank again and when the bike fall if will take the pressure and bend the hit to tank… definitely you can not really on those…instead you could have installed the crash guard which will be almost the same or a 1kg more.. by moto torque or bandidos legendary one are tried and tested ones.
Hey abhinav, are you facing any noise coming from the cone set. I have had that issue since the day I took delivery. I got it tightened by a re service centre. But still after a day this noise comes in pot holes and sudden braking. Please help.
Hey ..abhinav u r best to ask sich question...can u tell me about engine performance in log run..any isuue u faced regarding engine or any abnormal noise..any veridict to buy or not
After watching serveral reviews the two things everyone mentions are Himalayan 450 is vibier after 5000 rpm and not refined enough, can you please make video on that topic with your suggestions and solutions?
This project proves how badly RE failed at making a hard core 'off-road' specific bike!! All the big hype by all the sold-out journalists just to strip the off all it's original parts and replace with more sensible after market pieces. Big Lol in the RE's face! 😂😂 But nevertheless keep up the good work though!✌️
This project shows how much potential himalayan 452 has . RE must be taking notes for rally version 😂😂😂.
Throw enough money at almost any bike and it’ll show hidden potential
Potential is with a rider.
I hope they make a rally version!

Bloody awesome mate. Looking forward to future updates. Big up from Australia
Mate, get Safari to make a plastic tank for this bike. We would be able to shave off another 5 kg!
@@abhinavbhatt They wouldn't listen to me!
You just revivified the Himalayan.. that's called pure motorcycling, looking further for your awesome builts.
I can't wait till this bike gets to the States! Love what you are doing with this series Abhinav!
Thanks, Bill!

Airfilter intake sound is beautiful !!!! 🔥🔥🔥
If i was to sell my CRF300 Rally and try the new Himalayan.
These are the must do mods i would go for!
Dirt is where all the fun is! Nice work.
As an eager for this bike american, this video was very helpful!

3. You can always add the sound of the bike in the background.
I don't like that format. I prefer doing it realtime. It's more natural, organic.
you are on your way to, maybe, the perfect bike. 🤩
Can we get a more detailed video on fuel x for Himalaya? and loving this series, Thank you.
Will do
Great Work Brother.
Want to know the full potential of this bike after your full upgrades
Dammnnnnnn......

I think XPulse is good enough for offroading with some modifications...you can buy a 2nd hand Xpulse and modify it to the extreme level
Thanks Abhinav for another informative video

Thank you for the encouragement, brother. Cheers
Try adding handle bar risers from moto torque, that might help a bit for your convenience.

I think it was to reduce weight and olso eh use it to ride off road so eh does not need it.
The front suspension is giving😮 that trail is low key kind of nasty ngl

I see the cage back on the bike! 16500! 3.5 kg...
Get the dented tank back and trim it for , more weight reductions..
Let's see.
Hello bhaiya it’s a great build 😊, can u please suggest some performance mods for hunter 350
I haven't ridden it yet so can't say. Sorry.
The grunt🔥
Another great vid Abhinav! Just a ques ,Since u've taken off every single thing that can be taken off to save weight, why is the windscreen still on?😅
It's functional.
Awesome work man ❤

awesome mods , hope RE launch Raid version also
They say, "shoes make the man." If so, then "tires make the bike."
Pls can you do top speed test
great video guys thanks!
Can you please let us know what tyres are they running on their xpulses? Especially the one belonging to whom you said "that man has no chill" 🤣
Continental TKC 80
bike sounds and performing good with your mods on it. any change to the sprockets?
Rear is two teeth bigger. 49.
Keep it up man..
🔥🔥
Where in Delhi are you guys riding?
pls pls pleaseeee make a fiber tank.. get like 5kg weight off and throw away the cage if possible..
Now it is time to give it a good engine with higher quality parts..... It will touch next level.
Are you using tubeless tires?
What did you mean by flipping the handle bar mounts?
What is the recommended tyre pressure for Himalayan 450?
hi abhinav you have done a tremendous job with this machine just a question how is the 0 to 100 after the upgrades
Not sure. I don't ride hard on roads so no clue. Also, running knobbies so won't get to find out either anytime soon.
@@abhinavbhatt thanks for answering there are very few quality motocross builders on youtube and you are one of them keep it up

No such issues
Maybe a screw or something loose
If you had to replace the tank, you could've waited and put a lesser capacity lightweight tank...
But from where? It will take over a year for someone to come up with a tank for this bike.
@@abhinavbhattI thought a fibre tank with a jugaad could be done with it...
But it would ruin the form and looks yeah ...
@abhinavbhatt could trying and testing diff tanks or a custom fabricator would do?😅

Try fully synthetic oil
It's a single cylinder. Not sure why any of those reviewers were expecting a smooth engine.
Would the old tank with some tweaks look better on this bike
It looks good in person 💀
Informazione importante come hai fatto a montare la sella rally senza il posteriore rally? Qui in Italia mi dicono che è impossibile
Grazie
Hi. It fits fine.
Can you give contact where you ordered the sprocket. That you said its on the way.
What max speed you reached ?
ever tried to measure 0-to 100 in how much seconds ?
Sorry, I haven't.
Dope❤
Which are the hand grips installed
Why are the tank protection back on?
Dented a tank badly in a crash. Figured having these on makes sense.
16500 for tank is good considering spending 12k on ppf😂
❤👍
Any cons with the decat pipe installed ?
Won't pass emission norms
You putted and dent in the tank
What is this place?
Trails near Damdama Lake, Gurgaon
Rajan has no chill I know that😅😅😅😅😅
😂 love you too brother
Decat means ???
pipe without catalytic converter. it's the big bulky thing you see on the front end of stock pipes
