Soldering an XT 60 connector

This video shows you how to solder your own XT60 connector. XT60 connectors are one of the most commonly used electrical connectors in the RC hobby. Pretty much any quadcopter in the 3 - 9 inch size will use an XT 60 plug between the battery and the quad. Over time they wear out or get smashed and you will need to replace them.

You're welcome, and thanks for taking time to watch. I mostly use 20 gauge (.04"). For me that size seems to fill the connector and tin the wires quickly. It is a 63/37 (tin/lead) flux core solder.
