I use a mod on the nexus for this. It's called HELLDIVERS international. I changed the female voices to japanese and german and it sounds so good

What’s a good ballistic shield load-out?
Tough call.
I've found the best ballistic shield loadout for me is one where I don't take it.
I like running it with the defender submachine gun, grenade pistol, and thermite grenades. It exploding crossbow is also excellent with it.
