Youngest as a toddler

Most of the time the Biggest Winners in Cases like these are ironically the Industry Professionals ( lawyers, CPAs , CFAs ) on BOTH Sides who always remain in the Shadows… These People stand to Benefit Handsomely by simply Collaborating & Conspiring to create the Conditions for Sibling Rivalry, Distrust , War of Attrition etc for FAMILY Split to Occur… Once Family is adequately Broken, Depleted Emotionally , Psychologically, Financially etc then same Industry Professionals will Break Family Up …It a Time & Tested Method used by Industry Professionals to Side with Controlling Side & Cheat , Steal , Oppress Minority Interests 😊
Good to see that the wealth is shared equally between sons & daughter 🙏
This is the most perfect animated video i have ever seen by Indian. Keep up the good work. Btw great video
Handing over the business to children is the biggest problem with Gujarati business persons.
Mafatlal's children bankrupted 11 of his companies. What they should do is follow the system of USA and Europe where the business is handled by professional management and children get the wealth inheritance as shareholders for which they hire a family wealth manager and make diverse investments. Bill Gates is doing the same right now and families like Rockefeller family have also done the same. Deepak Parekh also a Gujarati created HDFC with professional management.
So Your father wont hands down you his business considering you a non gujju ?
Mukesh was happened with His Brother and others so he educated and trained his children well.
@@Max6850Hindi mein likh leta bhai. Tere saath saath aur log bhi samajh jaate ki kya kehna chahta hai.
@@dhananjaymalhotra7854 Haha. Sahi kaha. Isne kya likha hai, samajh hi nahin aa raha.
@@Max6850 Sadly my father didn't have any business. Dhirubhai was one of the greatest businessman, Mukesh and Anil were trained very well by Dhirubhai and Mukesh is brilliant like his father. But as we can see Anil should have left business to professional management and not run it himself and enjoyed the wealth. None of Mukesh's children are close to him or Dhirubhai, the youngest one is into Animals, the petroleum business of Reliance is important no only for family but its important for our country, if he fails it would be bad. Similarly Vijay Mallya destroyed his fathers business, he should also have left it to professional management and enjoyed himself with the money. Narayanmurty has done the right thing by bringing professional management. Deepak Parekh, a Gujju, did the same with HDFC which was his uncles business. Ratan Tata is doing the same with his business.
You think Bill Gates can hand over microsoft to children? Ambanis own half a reliance. Every buisness family would do that. The real problem is that that don't go crazy expansion like US which will eventually dilute equity but create robust future institute for others, public company in a true sense.

Boss they need to do more philanthropy
So true, people seem to be so blinded about how good they are. But be skeptical until proven. So far over the years they seem to be more show off that philanthropy. @@Dcffccffdddd
Bro why lmao. Why do we treat them like gods? They’re not gonna give you money lol.

such wonderful animation 💯💯
Great video but the ground reality of generational wealth is quite different, 70% of wealth is lost by the time it reaches the 2nd generation and a stagerring 90% is lost when it reaches the 3rd generation accroding to latest wealth studies, the quote is still valuable today !
Great Work Bisbo Team 👍👌God Bless you !! Good Explanation through animation !!

Thanks Bishbo for the work the entire team puts in to deliver content like this. Watching these animations makes it extremely fun and entertaining to consume news, current affairs and historical deep dives about diverse topics.
This is especially a blessing for all of us who are inquisitive but lack the time to pursue researching these topics on the web through news articles, many of which are behind pay walls.

Those Days of looking Bussines people as criminals ( Thanks to Congress government) is gone...Now we see them as drivers of our Country's Economy, job creators, Philanthropic etc...I ❤ wish all these new generations do well and make India and Indians more Prosperous 👍
oh i would have been glad if they also paid tax to the country .💀 they've got money to spend lavishly then why not pay the tax to the country? modi giving reasons such as "being part of country's growth and providing employment" is cap.Even the tax money will help in country's development nevertheless. Just modi getting commissions via these rich ppls😂😂

Ambanis have good genes. I hope the next gen ambanis have more children to mange their growing empire. Best wishes to the junior Ambanis.
3:40 here is where I have a problem why does a company do philanthropic works when it's internal people are not extremely satisfied like employees
Does reliance take care of their employees like tata same applies to Infosys they pay peanuts to their employees make them work like donkey why do have Infosys foundation rather increasing the pay for their employees
The group CSR budget will be huge. So instead of giving it to someone else, they setup a separate company and manage the CSR budget as they wish.
It gives them more control over the funds and also adds to the goodwill for their brand.
Further, satisfaction of employees is subjective. You have taken the name of Tata, while I see TCS employees crib about their low salaries.
@@saikumarravula if not salaries there is a image how Tata take care of their employees and we have seen that even in times of covid
@@mohankrishna3597 What you refer to are your personal feelings and opinions based on news articles and social media PR or your social circle. They differ for every person.
Assuming what you say is true. The solution would be that the employees start choosing good corporates over bad ones. Eventually the 'bad' corporates will dry out of quality talent and get to know what they need to offer to attract and retain good employees.
They are disciplined they will make another generation
Nice animation

Isn't it unfortunate that public companies are 'given' like family fiefdoms? Could you imagine that happening with a goigle,Microsoft, GE, GM or any other public company worldwide?
Check how much they really are public company I mean just check the difference between shares distribution of reliance and google
@@badboyx3931 Are they listed? Do entities like mutual funds, pension funds and retail investors have stake? If so, they are a public company.
Preferential shares, public stock dilution, these are just money games these guys play.
It is nepotism, plain and simple.
People are worried about the film industry, but no one cares about the rest? the industry, politics, journalism (NDTV main USP was its 'access', which it gained via nepotism. Once this 'access' was useless NDTV started to be just another news channel) and even judiciary.
@@ankitait2 why won't they be given to the successors ? Even most American founders corporations give their stake to their heirs but you don't notice that since they don't participate in day to day operations or have a very significant stake unlike RIL where the family holds a majority stake so technically they have a right to make any decision they desire. Look at the walto family
@@ankitait2 the other public companies worldwide are completely owned by investors and promoters have a very less stake so obviously they can't say anything. Stop complaining about shit nobody will care about
@@bindutiwari4263 are you a spokesperson for reliance or just a cheerleader for billionaires? Should I buy pom-poms for you?
I am not talking abut stakes being given to the successors, or even board positions (though I do think there should be estate taxes and mandatory dilution of stakes over a generation), but does DNA define ability to run a company?
Or is nepotism is only a problem when its in the film fraternity? If one complains about publicly traded companies, politics, judiciary they should just be told to go pound sand. At least the biggest bollywood film houses (dharma, yrf) are private.
Nepotism is a real problem, and it is the shit everyone should care about.
