I personally haven't seen any visible results with Dermelect serum or neck cream. Prior to this I was using the 10% lactic acid from The Ordinary and I like it better.

Hey Sherry, I bought both items after your Dermalect video. I'm on the fence. I've used both items, one for face, the other for neck. The first thing I noticed right away was the wrinkling around my upper lip. The neck cream by itself isn't really doing anything to my one wattle. But you had said to use the serum there too, so I will try that starting tonight. Always hoping something would work. I have the City cream as well.

I use everything I put on my face, on my neck, chest, arms and hands. I have pretty much done away with the dark spots on my chest, arms, and hands. I also use spf 50+ on the top half of my body. Especially in the spring and summer when I am wearing short sleeves and tank tops
I have into fitness lately after two back to back caesarean. A bit of running, home based Yoga etc. I have started to see firmness around my boobs, stomach and thighs. Hopefully that effect will extend into my neck, fingers crossed. Resurfacing is great but nothing beats Tret. I use Tret on my neck and décolletage also, however I am always careful to apply a ceramide spritz and a thick moisturiser underneath. If you are unsure start very low concentration and take lots of break. Eventually your skin will build up tolerance. Xx

I first want to say that you are just wonderful to watch! So beautiful and geniune. AND, the most plesant voice out there! Ok, back to the theme. I have been blessed to be able to use Tretinoin 1% on my neck and decollette area without irritation. Of course I had to work up to that. My question is if one can tolerate retin-a like I can, is there anything out there that might work better or maybe compliment it?
Awe thank you. Very kind of you. Wow that's awesome you can use retin a on your neck. I was able to but maybe just once a week. To answer your question, you could try products like I shared in this video but I wouldn't use on the same night as retin a. (I never like to share the following info in a video because I don't want people to try it and damage their skin) BUT a Dr said that using a retinol and an acid on the same night (if your skin can tolerate it) will act like a mini neck or face peel. So maybe once every 3 or 6 months I will use an acid serum like this...wait a few minutes then layer my Truth Treatment retinol serum. And within a few days my face will gently peel like a snake...it's kinda cool and I have baby smooth skin afterwards. But I wouldn't advise anyone try that unless they know their own skin very well and of course chat with their Dr 1st. 💜

Hi there! Yes. If I do. I always use the TNS 1st. It's too expensive to not have every drop penetrate 1st LOL but growth factor serums should always be used 1st. They are a larger molecule so need all the help they can get penetrating and not having anything block the absorption. 💜

I went ahead and got myself some Dysport on my forehead lines. I was doing facial exercises, but I got even more lines and I saw no real improvement on my skin. I'm so happy I can't see almost no lines on my forehead now, thanks to Dysport. It's so smooth. Next, I will get a treatment called Vivace. Have you heard of it?

Hey Sherri, I use my Tretinoin 0.05% on my neck & chest. My neck has always tolerated it better than my face. So, since you applied sunscreen, which looked beautiful btw, can you use this in the mornings? I’m using tret 6 nights then exfoliating on 7th night. Thanks doll!❤

Hey friend. It's so good. I would use it on the nights you aren't using Retin A. Would be too potent to use together on the same night. I use the Beauty Sleep serum on my face and neck and either my City Beauty Invisicrepe on my neck (over top the serum) or the Dermelect Neck Firming Cream on my neck only (over the serum). I read you can use the Dermelect neck cream on the face and it has great reviews on firming the jowl area but I don't put it on my face. I usually use my Sente Dermal Repair or Vanicream Daily Face Moisturizer on my face. 💜

I was so disappointed today after watching your video. I did buy he Dermelect from I think Boxycharm before I saw your video. I was really excited after watching your video because I already had a bottle. A few days ago it came on sale again and I order 3 bottles but I haven’t received them yet. Now today you explained the serum shoulder clear, not brown. Well I just went and got my bottle and of course it’s a lovely amber color. I didn’t pay very much for it but still I thought I was doing something great. I can’t say I had seen any miracles but I am 70 so I don’t expect a lot but I still like to use good skincare and I am disappointed. Thanks for doing what you do.
Oh bummer. I wanted to make sure I mentioned that about not buying it from these other places because almost everyone is saying they got an old product. It's probably not terrible to use but you won't get the same results because the Vit C in it sounds like it's already oxidized so it won't give the same great results. So I order directly from the company to get the freshest product. 🤗

When you mention you use both Dermelect products together, do you mean you layer on face and neck, or one on neck, the other on face?
I ask because I did Oder both, and use everyday.
I also have the Dermatology tinted face cream, love it, I’m on my second bottle.
I use the serum only on my face and neck and the serum AND neck cream on my neck. I layer the serum 1st then the cream. On my face, I usually just put a face cream over top or if during the day I just use my moisturizing SPF as my moisturizer. Hope that helps. 🤗

Can you use the dermalect with retin A?
I wouldn't on the same night. Mixing any acids with retinols or retin A could cause a lot of irritation.🤗
I'm a little confused about that last step....did you say that for your nighttime moisturizer, you use the Dermatology sunscreen?

Sorry about that. I was saying that I use the DRMTLGY as my sunscreen and moisturizer for the daytime (on my face and neck and chest). So if I'm in a hurry and don't use a separate face or neck cream during the day, it's no biggie because the DRMTLGY SPF doubles as my daytime moisturizer too. I dont use DRMTLGY at night. At night on my neck, I use the Dermelect Firmimg Neck Cream or my City Beauty Invisicrepe Cream over the Dermelect Beauty Sleep Serum. Hope that clarifies. 🤗
