Do you ever look at your skincare cabinet and wonder how to layer your skincare? Today I wanted to share how I layer my skincare. A good rule of thumb is to usually layer your products from thinnest to thickest if you’re unsure. But hopefully this will help you to finally use your serums, lotions and potions that you weren’t sure how to layer. We don’t have to use a ton of products to have a good skincare routine. Simple is often better. Also you can follow the steps of this routine BUT use what you already have at home. So for example, if you don’t own the same cleanser I use in this video, just replace it with the one you already own. Or if you don’t have one of the serums I own, just use one you already own. But the steps are pretty much the same. If you're still unsure, leave me a comment listing the skincare you own and I can help you put them in order.

Thanks Sheri, this is SO helpful. I'm going to try that in AM with TNS and then combining Rescue and Catalyst. That's such a fab tip that Rescue can be used to also aid spreadability. At night I was using Catalyst mixed with Correct and essence for spreadability, and THEN Rescue over and it was just too many steps to keep up with. I as well as others are also interested in your night treatment. Peace 😘
Yes sometimes it sure can get overwhelming and time consuming doing all the steps. But I watched Dr Ben Johnson say it's perfectly fine to just mix them vs layering a bunch of steps and I have done it that way ever since. But I don't mix it with my growth factor serum. I always put that on 1st so it can properly penetrate. 🤗

I already spent a crap ton on this sale after hubby gave me the green light to get the recovery. After watching this video, I'm about to spend a little more. After your last video and our very long conversation, I just went ahead and bought the catalyst. Now since you explained how to use it, I have to get the rescue. @@GracefulBeautyWithSheri sounds like you're gonna have a yummy Thanksgiving! My recipe is super easy and delicious! You'll need acorn squash, bacon, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. First, when you shop for your squash make sure they have a lot of orange to them. These will be the best tasting ones. Pre heat the oven to 375. You'll need to cut them and spoon out the seeds. You can cut them in halves or quarters. If you cut them into halves, opposite of the ridges or groves and slice a small bit of each end so they can have a flat bottom to sit on. Be careful not to cut the ends too deep as they may leak when you bake them. If you quarter them, cut them with the groves or ridges. Place them on a cookie sheet or baking pan. Now take your package of bacon and cut the strips in half and set aside. For half cut squash cut about 3-4 pats of butter per squash half and place then inside the squash side by side best you can. Sprinkle the cinnamon, nutmeg and salt over top to you liking, place 3-4 small strips of bacon over that and the sprinkle the cinnamon, nutmeg and salt over the bacon. For quarters use 1-2 pats of butter and 1-2 bacon strips. Now bake them for 20-40 minutes or until you can easily stick a fork into the side of the meat down to the bottom and they are tender. That's it. Enjoy! 😁

Thank you as always for such generous information and tips, Sheri! Wondering if you have a preference between neogenesis recovery, and neogenesis skin serum. If so, do you have a preference for when you use them (e.g., morning or evening), how often, and in what part of your routine? I’ve used both at different times (each for two months) and think I like the skin serum better but it seems most people recommend recovery. So wanted to ask your opinion cuz, after all, you’re the reason I even tried either of these products in the first place lol. Thank you so so so much, and happy holidays to you and your family! ❤
Hi there, I've had both and enjoyed them...Skin Serum feels nicer on the skin but Recovery is much better in terms of performance and whats in it. But I like TNS even better than Recovery for anti aging. And Recovery more for healing a scar or acne scars etc. 💜
You can use a.m. and or p.m. and always right after cleansing and or toning.

Ive never used the skin medica growth factor, I use Neogenis Recovery and Booster…how would you compare? Thanks….I’ve been learning a lot from your expertise/experience and your genuiness..thank you!
Neogenesis Booster and Revovery are fantastic. I've bought them many times. BUT for anti aging, I see far better results with TNS. For wound healing or acne scars, I prefer Recovery. Can't go wrong with any of them but IMO TNS is the best out there!
Great video! Quick question, has Osmosis catalyst removed any broken capillaries for you personally? My dermatologist had said there is nothing you can apply topically to remove them, so was just curious what your experience has been. Thanks so much.
Hi there. Yes I only had a tiny little one that was only visible with a magnifying mirror. And after maybe 4-6 months, it went away. I can't say for sure Catalyst was what made it go away but I'm assuming so since it is supposed to work on broken capillaries. But I'm not sure what it's done for others, other than what people write in their reviews. I also hear that certain lasers can remove them. Not sure what that would cost though.
Hi Sheri, your suggestion please... I use a vitamin C that is water-like in consistency. Going off the thinest to thickest "rule," do you think I should use my C after cleansing and then the TNS Advanced or the TNS after cleansing (like recommended) and then then the C, even though it has a thinner consistency? Whew! That was long-winded. 😄
I would always use a growth factor serum 1st. Even before Vit C, regardless of thinnest to thickest. Other than that, thinnest to thickest usually applies. Growth factors are a larger molecilule so they really can't have other stuff blocking penetration. So at the price good, quality, Dermatologist approved growth factors are, I don't want a drop wasted or blocked by another serum. BUT if your Vit C is L ascorbic based, wait a few minutes after TNS before applying and then after you apply your Vit C (only if l ascorbic), I'd give it a few minutes before applying anything on top. It's unstable and you want it to penetrate without being mixed with other stuff too fast. Let it do its thing 1st, then layer other stuff. 💜

@@alisonl5127 have you tried Truth Treatment Systems C Balm? That is a perfect treatment product and works great for dry skin too plus it has a super high dose of non irritating Vitamin C. It almost feels thick like Vaseline (but no Vaseline in it of course) and you only need the tiniest amount. You will have a mega glow to your skin with it. Or perhaps just adding a hydrating mist or essence before you apply your moisturizer can really help your moisturizer to absorb better and help with dry skin. 💜

@@alisonl5127 also layering your essence or hydrating serum a few times BEFORE you apply moisturizer REALLY makes a HUGE difference. My hubby has super dry skin and I will layer an essence (not one with alcohol in it) literally 7 times (just keep repeating the same step and pat it in) then apply moisturizer and his skin plumps up from a raisin to a juicy grape LOL

Would you please be able to recommend some dupes for the products that you’re using seeing as the products in this video have a very high price tag?
I have lots of dupes videos on my channel. But honestly just use what you have in place of what I used. No need to buy anything new. So if you have a serum (or a couple serums), just use in place of my serum(s) step, and if you already have a moisturizer etc, just use the moisturizer you have in the same step I did moisturizer. If you can't find my dupes videos, let me know and I'm happy to send the video links to ya.

PUMPKIN COBBLER
Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
15-oz. can pumpkin 1 teaspoon ground ginger
12-oz can evaporated milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup of sugar 18-1/4 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
1/8 teaspoon salt 2-1/2 sticks of melted butter
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT butter and cake mix. Pour into ungreased 9x13 dish. Sprinkle cake mix evenly on top. Drizzle melted butter all over the top of the cake mix. The butter will pool in certain areas so take a spoon and distribute over cake mix as evenly as possible. This won’t come out perfectly and that is fine. Then I lightly sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top just to add a little color and extra yumminess. I just eyeball a light dusting of it. If you choose you can sprinkle raw sugar on top for more texture and sparkle. Then bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

@@GracefulBeautyWithSheri I forgot to add that when you look at it after it is done it is not the most eye catching thing you have ever seen but after you taste it you won't care what it looks like. LOL. Several years back when my nephew was filling up his plate of deserts at Thanksgiving he looked a little unsure when he saw it and I convinced him to try it. He started gobbling it up and my brother looked over at him and asked him what in the world he was eating. He shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know, it looks like dog crap but it taste amazing". It cracked me up.

I do like that revisión foam cleanser but for my dry skin it’s way too much for my skin. It will dry me out so I only use it Every other day
