- For once I decided to film on a day when I wasn't showing up as my best. My temper was fraying at the edges, I knew I was going to lose my rag, I was impatient and frustrated with both my kids and with myself. Because I have come to a realisation about Alice. She is exactly like me! She is a scatter brain, she is unfocused, she multi-tasks and gets distracted. Exactly like me. Watching through this footage was like holding up an obnoxious little mirror to myself.
I'm a special needs mum vlogger in the UK with two daughters, one of whom is severely disabled. Elin is a girl with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, she has a feeding tube, is a wheelchair user and as she can't use the toilet independently she is in a nappy / diaper.
Apart from cerebral palsy, Elin has complex medical needs and seizure disorder. She has tonic clonic, or grand mal seizures, partial focal seizures and absence seizures. She is on multiple medications every day, for her spastic muscles, for her reflux disorder and for her epilepsy. Elin is on a blended diet, which we give her through her feeding tube, and I share tips, how to and recipes.
On this channel I share our day to day life, our morning, feeding, medication and bedtime routines, feeding techniques, how Elin communicates, etc. I also showcase the relationship between Elin and her sister Alice, and how they play and interact with each other.

It's funny how sleeping meds affect everyone differently, I take mine and I am out like a light 30 minutes later, or maybe 15. LOL. I hope you're doing okay today.

Hi there hope you don't mind me asking do you hoist ellin a lot now or just now and again and does Alice still ask to go onto ellins hoist I've been on a hoist although I can walk but I enjoy going on a hoist there's always support staff with me when I ask its my sensory impact I feel as though that the hoist is enclosed while in the hoist it helps my autism and adhd and my twitching and keeps me happy being in a actual hoist doesn't matter if its tics or anything a ceiling hoist or portable hoist but at the end am happy and healthy.
