- I know it's been a while since I've made a video! A lot has happened in the last year and I will make an update video soon, I promise! I made this video to share a story of a family I met today while at the doctor's office.
Heartwarming! Hope you're doing well and hope that young guy and his family is doing well too! I got my EDS diagnose last year and kept fighting thanks to online communities and UA-cam videos. I'm now in a wheelchair part time due to struggling a lot with standing and walking.
What a great story! You should make more videos more often! Like you said it could help out a lot of people.
That's great you could bring hope to that family. Glad to see you back hope your doing well:)
You are such a wonderful, mature, young lady. It is nice to see people your age helping families and people newly diagnosed or perhaps have very little understanding og this genetic disease. I commend you for your unselfish acts of kindness and getting information out there to those who neen it! Kudos to you!
I am a big fan of your videos, please keep em coming! I am a fellow EDSer in a wheelchair with Pots and recently diagnosed with epilepsy so i feel ya girl. Keep up the good work :)
EDS diagnosed people are just special. They can do things that others cant and survive falling from greater heights than others. BTW you are very kind. And beautiful)
That was a beautiful story. I found you while looking for info on Sensory Processing Disorder. I hope you are well!
Unfortunately, I don't have Silver-Ring Splints but do know people who do and they love them. They say that they are the best support they've ever had w/ them AND that they're comfortable. I have the Oval-8 plastic ones and have some give to them. They are supportive, but depending on the joint, not quite supportive enough. I also have to take them off for certain things as they get in the way, ie knitting. Everyone I know with SRS say they fit fantastically, esp. if you have them formed to you.
What a wonderful thing to do by reaching out!
Please do more videos. I have Pots and joint hyper mobility and trying to find ways of coping.
Hey I was just wondering if u have silver ring splints cause I am thinking about getting them and I was wondering if you have them if you coul explain what it's like.
I actually get that a lot! lol
Just to let everyone know she is still alive
