@@AryanM3 watched that video 4 times, just forgot to mention. I'm going the other way around. Installing OEM Downpipes back on. BTW did you also took the side underbody cover off to get to the other vbend downpipe ? I'm also thinking to unplug upper o2 connector to prevent wire twisting. I guess better be safe than sorry.
Would you say it’s with closed valves noticeable ? Or not that much louder ? Im thinking to do it on my f82 but here in Germany they take the car if it’s 5db louder than factory 😂😂 Hope you answer 🙏🏻 Nice video ! Thx for the description to switch the downpours
Great video! I got stage1, and next week I will got a vrsf down pipe. How much louder compare with stock ? Should I remove the secondary cat & resonator ?
@@AryanM3 Oh i see, so the aggressive upshifts i hear from alot of m4/m3 are from tunes? what tune are you running bro? Love the car man! just got a silverstone m4
@@AryanM3 Is it safe to run stage 1 without a charge pipe? (worried about the crank hub issue). But damn man your car sounds fire. I'm trying to make mine have the same burbles after reving. (hopefully possible with stock exhaust + downpipe + tune)
Hey! Question, currently working on removing the downpipes. Everything is disconnected but they won’t come off.... Did you face the same issue? Any recommendations?
Thanks for your reply! I'm currently running a Frequency Intelligent system on mine with stock downpipes, definitely going to look at doing the downpipes next after hearing your video, seems to make such a difference in sound.
Iv just purchased a m3 with a m performance exhuast.... it is really loud but no pops and bangs..... I see the downpipe made it pop and bang... or u had it in sport mode?
Note: Vehicle may require tuning or programmer to eliminate a check engine light
Sound Tech correct
is it bad if you dont get it tuned?
How much does everything cost?
I'm thinking the new downpipes is alone will help make the backfire sound? Since it sounds nice.
SimTrixxx yes it will
So you live in your trunk. Haha. End was priceless.
DailyDrivenTurbo Lmaoo thanks for staying till the end of the video!

Big difference!!😳 sounds good brotha!
LIMEROCK VLOGS thanks homie
Was this whole set up with stock mufflers, resonators ect ?

So what happens to your factory warranty and how do you get work done to it if needed?
Sandeep Pannu good question, the answer is to find a service advisor who is fine with mods haha
@@AryanM3 This is fact my warranty on my m4 literally got voided because of wheel spacers

Thank you for the video. I am installing the same down pipes with charge pipe and cold air intake
edmond asatoorians thanks for watching, good luck!
Did you have any difficulty with fitting the downpipes..was your sensor rubbing against the engine mount?
damn Daniel! back at it again with the..... Downpipes ?
FBGS bro your comments are always the best😂🙏🏼
You don’t need a tune to get that backfire ?
did you get those burbles just from the downpipes? also, did you get that super aggressive upshift after getting the downpipes?
steve sutandinata those are all from the tune, downpipes just let the turbos spool more freely
@@AryanM3 Oh i see, so the aggressive upshifts i hear from alot of m4/m3 are from tunes? what tune are you running bro? Love the car man! just got a silverstone m4
I’m running bootmod3 OTS stage 2 tune!

Stock chargepipes are more than strong enough for stage 1

FA Motorsport give it a good tap w a rubber mallet?
AryanM3 okay let me try that. Thanks!
Sounds great! What exhaust system are you running?
Justin Evans thanks Justin! In this video I just had SSR catless downpipes paired with the oem competition exhaust
Thanks for your reply! I'm currently running a Frequency Intelligent system on mine with stock downpipes, definitely going to look at doing the downpipes next after hearing your video, seems to make such a difference in sound.
Yes it’s a huge difference, especially in power. Will be awesome paired to the FI system!
Didn't even consider the power increase, so that would be a great bonus :)
Is the downpipe on with a stock exhaust?
Ruballos Owen yes
Did you delete secondary cats too ?
Kristhian Ortiz yes
hi when you have replaced your downpipe, the engine light has not started to stinne?
almirochmaria it did, but when I tuned it, it removed the light
Does it drone or smell ? Any vibration in the cabin ?
All of the above :)
@@AryanM3 how do I not have that lool
Do you need to tune after install or don’t have to and can just flash the code?
Need a tune
btw, did you have to take the catback off before installing catless downpipes?
DailyDrivenTurbo no, however removing the catback would make it much easier, but since we didn’t have a lift we didn’t wanna mess with it
@@AryanM3 yah same here. No lift. Did you replace any gaskets between downpipe and midpipe ?
Yes I did, but you do not have to if you are careful when you remove them
@@AryanM3 I believe you need at least to replace 4 copper nuts. If you installing midpipe or downpipe.
Is the stainless steel that makes the car pop?
Xovy AE it’s the tune
How much horsepower it made?
500 wheel ish? Never dyno’ed tbh
So downpipes would give me the burble sound? I have the 2015 non Lci f80
rhenzlemuel09 No, you need a burble tune from VF or some company that does tuning. My M4 is tuned from VF. Check it out.
does it smell bad with the catless DP?
Yes
how do you remove the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT?
You’ll need a programmer
Did you disconnect the rest of the exhaust it remove downpipes
i have disconnect the rest of the exhaust on my m4 to do. but this man it's good because without up the car it's to hard to install the downpipe
Where are the backfires?
Fire 🔥
When are we racing
Iv just purchased a m3 with a m performance exhuast.... it is really loud but no pops and bangs..... I see the downpipe made it pop and bang... or u had it in sport mode?
The tune added the pops
i mean to shine
Downpipes big change , though+1 subscription
how much is the upgrades?
Try to google the parts and answer your own question :) use your brain
Which exhaust system is ist? Competition?
MrBmwplayer yes
AryanM3 Thank you for the quick Answer
