Oh dear, sorry for your leg😊. Working here is no joke. I have had to cut down my hours at work and currently work around 30.5. I am praying I don't have to go back to full time because I was usually so tired feeling ill by the end of Friday. Mind you, there is still the family to look after.
Yes, that's why working long hours is more challenging for mothers
So sorry sis. But Sis no be work do u this oh u need to check it.
What check do need to do on it please?
Even office work is still not easy because of back pain as a result of sitting down for longer hours. Working with children is not easy at all. God will help us all.
No job is easy abroad, my sister. You give your full attention at work here. You have no business pressing your phone unless during breaks or after work

My dear, hope your knee gets better soon. Regarding working lots of hours ,it is driven by money,I know people who worked like that years ago,now they are suffering from all sorts of things and not enjoying their older years. Our bodies are not engine, some go straight from night to day shift.
We need some good time off work to refill. Working here is not just that easy
Tell me about it sis Hmmm life abroad is not an easy one. God is our strength. I hope your leg is okay now please always use Rob to massage your leg when you finish taking your bath
I use declofenac
I love the title 😂
Yes all my jobs used to be long hours 13 hours x 6 days 😂😂😂
My advice to anyone who just travel abroad please take care of yourself because your body will eventually give up on you just like a car 😂😂😂
I enjoy listening take care of yourself dear ❤
Long hours shifts can be so hard on our entire body system afterwards.
Thank you sis
The body needs to rest, all will be okay for the immigrants who are facing long working hours
You are right ✅️
Work abroad is mentally exhausting. I worked an average of 50-60 hours in my first year here. My waist hurts a lot.
I will spend 1 hr commuting to work and 2 hours commuting back. I have started taking my multi vitamins consistently. I've seen improvements.
Get well soon ma.
50 to 60 hours a week abroad! That must have been so excruciating! Hoping you have cut down on the hours too?
Pls what vitamins are you taking
@@clairecikeh8279 Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Multivitamins.

96 hours a week for real! How? Does he ever come home at all?
@@ChySpace yes, 24 hours for three days 11 hours for two days 8 to 6 pm. During Ramadan he worked fewer hours 9:30 am till 4 pm according to him it will change because for now, he is the only general surgery consultant available for the moment. His second just left Saudi for the UK.

Chy, you get option naaaa.
Imagine people who are on CoS and must do the 37.5 hrs or more as the case may be. Some are 48hrs sef 😢
This is one of the reasons those working in the hospital needs to be paid more. This standing is no joke.
Make sure you are taking your Vit. D too because lack of it can make you have issues with your legs just like you are having now.
I stopped having leg/knee pains when I started taking my Vit. D.
That CoS job na trap my sister. I will start taking vitamin D again kaa
@@ChySpace Serious trap 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@Everything_with_Oge Sadly, people are so desperate to get in.
The CoS job attached can be terrible. Nursing home work is not beans at all. You must have the passion that's the energy
Ndo but seeing you walking up and down that stairs is a bit funny 😅😅
Get well soon
Thanks 😊
Very informative
Much appreciated
People keep saying that supply or agency teachers are not paid for holidays but that's not true. The holiday pay is bundled up into the hourly pay. That is why some people erroneously think supply/agency teachers get paid more whereas it is just the holiday pay. It is up to the teacher to set aside the holiday pay and pay it to them self during the holidays . Teaching is a very stressful job and unless you don't get enough supply or agency work to make up full time work, you need all the time off school to recover from dealing with children and adolescents. Teaching especially in this part of the world requires one to be calm, rested, and collected because there are a lot of trying & challenging behaviours to deal with and you can't cope if you are already stressed out working multiple jobs. In my opinion, if a teacher need additional income, better to try tutoring your subject a few hours a week. Tutoring is more chill and relaxed and it will be on your own terms.
That's true. I recalled reading about the holiday pay included in my paychecks. Tutoring can be more beneficial to those who are subject teachers
