Ugh i’m on my third day and i’m still so slow😩 i feel like it’s impossible for me to learn this cause i still can’t memorise where everything is put and multi tasking is worst
Just letting people know you will usually start off being an order taker aka the pos/ipad (because dine in is close). Don’t be overwhelmed the position is actually relatively simple! I’ve only been working there for roughly 4 days, but I have the pos system down. Just make sure to ask for help if need be as your supervisor is there to help! I hope this helps anyone who may seemed overwhelmed. Remember accuracy over urgency and always be polite :D
@@amiya7994 usually there will not be since they have to be in charge of the drive thru area, but your coworkers are glad to help. They know what they are doing so you will be good

@@amiya7994 I hope that helps! Also I had something called and FDE (first day experience) which we look over videos for hours and we got to try on our uniform. If it didn’t fit properly they would order a new one and pick it up at the store you work at on your first day or beforehand. I personally picked it up beforehand to be in uniform once I was at the store.

BOH is required to wear hairnets, as they deal directly with unboxed food. FOH isn't required to wear hairnets, but doing so is encouraged at some locations.
