Prior to 2014 one could not have even remotely imagined the kind of development Indians could see in Roads and Railways, in fact most of us had resigned to a fate of "chalta hai" attitude with sub-standard and delayed work in public projects but that has changed post 2014 and picked up great momentum in the last 2/3 years despite covid, makes all right thinking Bharatvasis proud of this smart and stunning turnaround and we are fortunate to be living through these moments - hearty CONGRATULATIONS!

I don't think so.. my town had no station platform untill NDA government came.. our town is one of the highest electricity generation in india that time.. it is an important town in terms of electricity requirements still this was the condition. we had to jump from train in our station.. several state governments came. Several petition were filed.. but it was 2015 when it got approved and with one and half years we got the platform
I am giving an example of my State which is Bihar ... In 2017 we had calculated electrification ...of our railway station... Should Be started in late 2022 to 23 and it will be completed in 2024 to 25 but in reality it was started in a few months and it was fully furnished in mid 2019 and I had remembered the speed in the last 3 months before is 24*7 ... Thank you and believe me it's very neat and clean railway station

Upgrading CSMT station is great but i think it's building structure shall not be damaged. Because CSMT is a historic railway terminus and UNESCO World Heritage Site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Yes...heritage structure will not be touched only restoration works, if any. The new buildings around it will be made to compliment heritage buildings that's why in the video you won't see modern glass structures like New Delhi & Ahmedabad stations

One of the best performing cabinet minister and architect of modernisation of indian Railways. Salute to his wisdom and technical knowledge. We have huge hopes from him to take up some of the challenging projects which could not be taken up in the past due to lack of mentoring in the past but can be relloked currently in view of mentoring from Shri AV. There is huge gap in core competencies of zonal railways especially in terms of carrying out challenging engineering projects inclusive of ghat section. The core cometencies of all the zonal railways should be braught at par with core competencies shown by konkan railway. In fact Indian railway should centralise engineering department at ministerial level instead of decentralisation at zonal or devisional level and the challenging engineering project should be given special status and there ror should be calculated accordingly. Especially the east west connectivity project of Western and southern india should be given special status as it will involve challenges of crossing western ghat which will affect their ror calculation
A gentle reminder : Rest of India also need developments. Bengal should Consolidate all seats to one political party so, they will have better negotiations power at centre.

Just like in case of China, the development will be unequal. Big cities will see more. Small cities will be later. You need to be patient.

There are many projects in South India
One of the best performing cabinet minister and architect of modernisation of indian Railways. Salute to his wisdom and technical knowledge. We have huge hopes from him to take up some of the challenging projects which could not be taken up in the past due to lack of mentoring in the past but can be relloked currently in view of mentoring from Shri AV. There is huge gap in core competencies of zonal railways especially in terms of carrying out challenging engineering projects inclusive of ghat section. The core cometencies of all the zonal railways should be braught at par with core competencies shown by konkan railway. In fact Indian railway should centralise engineering department at ministerial level instead of decentralisation at zonal or devisional level and the challenging engineering project should be given special status and there ror should be calculated accordingly. Especially the east west connectivity project of Western and southern india should be given special status as it will involve challenges of crossing western ghat which will affect their ror calculation

Everyone is asking why only north India, why not this state or why not that state the reason is Because Mumbai is the financial capital of India and Delhi is the national capital of India they both need to be developed first to attract foreign investments and ofcourse with time other cities would too get its new developed station. You can't expect to develop all stations of the entire India to get developed in just 5 years.
