My very favorite dish dry prawns/ and /or Dry bombil (Bombay ducks) with Bhindi (okra/lady fingers). Traditional Portugal/Goan tasty recipes are getting vanished, as not carried over by new generations, because of fast foods and impatience.

You don’t mention the cumin seeds and pepper corns which can be seen in the video.
I have not use Cummins seeds but pepper corns have rolled down from my masala box but I dont think it's a problem.
