Ok so the way the frame data works is that you can dashblock and be safe to frame 6 normals from -2 or more, which means to hit you for dashblocking they have to frame trap you tight enough to hit a vanish, except dashblocking is way safer than a vanish. Basically its the goated 4 frame option. Blueku's pressure is pretty much built around dashblocking into normals because his 4M is -2 and the dash gives you momentum to tick L command grab after a light, while being good off of other normals too since they have to buffer mash perfectly to hit you. Also if you test this with CPU "Guard All" on and reversal dash forward they will block on any gap but in practice this is how it works when you buffer a dashblock, the CPU is cheating. Edit: or they can blockstring into a low when you're holding forward to dash to hit you for dashblocking
You dashblock into a bluku/18 grab after vanish and get mixed where you normally wouldn’t, I think. Normally they have to dash into grab. … Also MAJIN BUU J.H CROSSUP BABY!!!!!! NO OS’ING THAT SHIT!
the reason not many people do this is because we all play online and due to buffering and delay dashblock almost never works lol. If you go and watch offline tournaments top players definitely do this all the time
What if the opponent jumps? Many times I dash blocked and the opponent jump superdash and catches my attempt to punish on reaction. Reacting to their jump, what options do I have, besides blocking superdash?
GGs man those were some fun fights man. Your team is sick 👌🏼
Damn that game was a nail bitter! Good shit
