@@JSRKYT i dk ab you but i also wish that Hyattsville crossing would be renamed back to PG Plaza. The other name changes that happened 2 years ago actually made a lot of sense but the PG Plaza to Hyattsville crossing one made absolutely no sense at all to me
@@ethanparker7900 I know right, I don’t know why they changed it to Hyatsville Crossing which is the metro station outside PG plaza, but it’s Wmata decision not ours, but I still call it PG plaza💁🏽

I mean i know there are a lot of theories out there that say people only say this cause they don't like change and ofc we cant speak for anyone but ourselves and me i would never say anything simply cause of familiarity i mean me saying the other name changes were reasonable prove that at least in my case. I object to this particular one and think it should be Prince George's Plaza for the following reasons. 1. It is in Prince George's County. 2. It is built in a Plaza like area in Prince Georges County literally the exact definition of a plaza is a public square or shopping center in a built up area which is exactly what that area looks like 3. The mall is called the mall at Prince Georges and while it might not be called Prince George's plaza anymore it still has the term "Prince George's" in its name and 4. There is already a perfectly good station with the word "Hyattsville" in it. I mean you're ofc from PGC and im from right next door in Alexandria giving me a lot of knowledge ab PGC compared to other areas so not many people can know PGC better than us.
