There's no reason at all to remove the visor's rubber part. You can easily reach under the visor to install and adjust the center star-shaped screw thing. And it's an unnecessarily big pain to put the rubber part back in if you remove it.
Ah…I see you interpreted the instructions differently than I did, but looking at their diagram, I can definitely see why. In any case, thanks for the video. It was helpful!
Good idea with the thread lock. I spraypainted the underside of the visor black to reduce the reflection off the water.
Oh wow I did not think about the glare
Great tip! I lost one of the screws on my visor on a river run. I emailed Sweet and the mailed me 4 or 5 screws, no questions asked. Great company
Awesome
how much price
This comes in the box with the helmet I’m not sure if can buy it solo
Some of mine have visors. The ones that don't. I wear a ball cap under. After I take the top rivet off of them.
The ball cap is something I see a lot of paddlers do I had a small kava hat I ran for awhile

Just got to take a pair of pliers. And pull the top rivet off. Or it can be painful.

This is true and I recommend some lock tight or it will fall out and I was just following sweet protection instructions on installing
