- Doi Inthanon National Park, the highest point of Thailand, is located in Chiang Mai province. It is great place to get away the busy city and get closer to nature. The most popular activities to do in Doi Inthanon National Park are nature trails, breathtaking viewpoints, waterfall and the twin pagodas. The best period to visit Doi Inthanon National Park is November to February.

SO beautiful. I am visiting Chiang Mai in November, do you need tour guide to go around the national park and the nature trails? Or can you just do this by yourself?

At the beginning you said you stayed two nights, but i only counted one?(with the hot pot dinner)

Thank you for your comment :)) actually, i stay at the same place for 2 nights so i didn't it say again. And during the summer (between march and may), it's qute hot at the noon but it will be cold at night. Doi Intanon is so good, i recommended to visit here. 😊

Hi i would like to ask how to get there? Are u using a private car?
I rent car around 1,000-1,500 baht per day . But if you are not good at driving, i recommended to rent a public transport "a red pick-up truck" or a private van with a driver, it's around 2,000 baht per day and you can take/rent from chiang mai city. 😊

@@starrypinky there are many agents service transport at Chiang Mai airport that you can rent car with a driver. The price is start from 1,200 per day (small car) or you can rent a red pick-up truck to go to Doi Inthanon 1,500 - 2,000 bath per day (max. 10 people).

@@starrypinky there is a travel agent or the private rent car service with a driver in Chiang Mai Town (price is around 1,000- 2,000 bath per day)

Yes, our camp is in the middle of Doi Inthanon and It's very convienience to visit other attractions in Doi Inthanon. 😊
