19:20 The symbolic gesture of protest Mr Small does is based off the 1989 Tiananmen Square protest where a man holding 2 bags stood in front of several tanks
@@sarcasm_increase1534 Lucky through, the actual tiannamen Square tank man didn't actually get run over by the tanks, unlike Mr. Small who got walked over by Mr. Brown.
that chaotic nature of the gumball show just gets me through everything. i always have been someone calm and quiet and just chilling in school doing the work that's needed with decent grades (not greatest or best, but slightly above enough) and just clock out, but never thought something chaotic would make me laugh so much. I was always the kid that everyone knew but was never popular and obviously had no reason to be. It's always the most ridiculous, unexpected, out of pocket things that gets me laughing. Thank you for your reactions and your Principle responses. I think i binged this show almost 10 times or something like that, the whole 6 seasons... do i have a problem? 😭😂
Not a school related episode, but The Void, this episodes sister episode is one of the most surreal and lore based episodes of the entire show. Also wait until you do a potential firings count for Miss Simian in The Apology.
I wonder if it differs by school but would there ever be a situation where a confiscated, non-illegal item could be picked up by a parent? Or is it all just stuff the student never gets back?
This is going to vary by school, depending on what is in the school handbook. A lot of schools I’ve been at either don’t give it back, or the parent has to come pick it up.
It's crazy that Principal Brown has more firings in this one episode than Gordy from Ned's Declassified has in the episodes so far. 22:27 - 22:36 "That's another firing there." #13 Total firing counter: 12
12:23: One unwritten rule about reacting to TV shows: know the show you are reacting to, and the characters involved. Mr. Small is the school counselor (the one who hit Brown with a lunch tray).
Fun fact: Mr. Small’s attempt at a peaceful protest (19:20) is a reference to the infamous Tiananmen Square photo, which is why Principal Brown’s footsteps suddenly turn into tread marks. 😂
With a school woth many different creatures who can do many incredible thing and some can even break the laws of physics, it makes sense having a rule book that big.

I can actually recommend a good Hey Arnold episode which is "Curly Snaps". I'm not sure if this episode has already been recommended by others, but maybe it has.
It's questionable whether Principal Brown or Principal Skinner are more insane and skilled and whether Richard Watterson, Homer Simpson, Peter Griffin, or Randy Marsh are more stupid or skilled
There is one episode later on (I forget the season) that doesn’t really focus on the principal, although he is relevant. The episode is called “the cage” and it’s focused around one of the other teachers. It’s a good episode so I’d recommend you watch it!
Bro Mr Brown probs would've been arrested for the fireworks and going in their bedroom like that lol, that's not even the weirdest things he's done though, there is much crazier stuff in episodes like The Pact from Season 6.
14:13 Prinicapl brown and ms simian are actually dating which I also think it's wierd because there both staff who work at the same place I don't think that staff working at the same place can date each other

They were just like "This party is busted! Busted wide open! Now let's turn on some real music!", and made the party better [by better I mean more entertaining]. The thing Darwin did where he pulled out parts of Gumball’s brain is very inaccurate. The emotions are controlled by the limbic system. Other parts of the brain, such as the parietal lobe, cerebellum, hippocampus, etc. do very different things.
Principal Brown is so insecure about his diploma that he would do anything to keep that secret. Even though both of them saying that They are not going to tell anybody Principal still needs something strong to asure himself that everything will be fine. Thats why he goes from grades to blackmail. As a student I see potential in that 😂.
Please react to the PBS kids show Arthur, It has many school related episodes. "Arthur's eyes" would be a good place to start because it's not only the first school related episode, but also the pilot.
I’d like to hear your insights on Principal Mazur from a Goofy Movie. It would only be in the first 1/3rd of the movie that’s related to school. So it would be a shorter video.
Um… hello there, high school principal from the US state of Georgia, my name is literally on my account that’s shown right here while I’m commenting this so I don’t need to necessarily tell you, and this video is that is now currently 2 weeks old at the time I’m commenting this is the first video I’ve seen from this channel, so like this video is basically the first time I’ve got to know you, I watched it back in April 10th 2024, I think, and well.. what I can say from this video is that I think it’s pretty good, admittedly you do have good points about you say about Principal Brown in this episode, yes, Principal Brown not having a real diploma is where the name of the episode comes from, and I’m not gonna lie, let me tell you that The Amazing World Of Gumball is one of my favorite childhood shows when I was a kid, and it still is to this day, and… Well that’s pretty much all I can say, I hope you’re okay with me introducing myself like this, I want to let you know that considering that I know you’re a principal and that you understandably consider yourself better than Principal Brown because of it and because of what Nigel Brown goes through in this episode, I’m a bit shy at introducing myself to you, I hope you understand, nice video, and I hope you’re going good.
Keep in mind that Brown may have done so many things that would get him fired, but Krupp has even more offenses than him. And for those who aren’t caught up on Captain Underpants, Krupp does, in fact, get fired twice, but both times under weird circumstances. The first time is because he gets blamed for an incident that he didn’t cause (ninth book, and in another timeline), and the second time is more legitimate because it’s about him torturing students and writing rules down in the rule book (Season 1, episode 13 of the series), but the superintendent who fires him turns out to be a future version of Melvin who has come to improve the past, partially by removing Krupp from office. (He does get re-hired as vice principal, but that’s as far as we see him get.)
In my school it was a 65% (maybe a 64.5% rounding up, but I'm not sure). Also, not that I was one of those "just above passing" kids, but I truly do think if you are one of those kids then you would still be able to get just enough to pass and since needing a 70% would be the norm for you and you wouldn't have anything to compare it to. Unless you were just struggling that much to the point were trying your best was still below a 70 and just sbove passing.
