If the affected male does not have any daughter ..but have affected mother will it be X linked? Or Autosomal ? Plz reply quick sir 🙏
To solve any pedigree we need at least 3 generations. yr question does not have any clue on the 3rd generation (u only said that no daughters). does the 3rd generation has affected sons or normal sons?

Sir another idea for finding dominant or recessive easily is 👉if all the genartation has disease without skiping it is said to be dominant if all the generation off spring is not affected any generation skip happeend then it is recessive
That is , what it is meant by the statement. "All affected Offspring have affected Parent" , but yes it is true onshotting easier to see if any skip there.
Sir what does mean affected mother is heterozygous?
Means she has one abnormal allele and one normal allele.
It is Dominant inheritance

For that , Do check
1) If more Males affected than females
2) Here as some males and females are unaffected , hence Mother is Heterozygous.
X'X or A'A which makes this tougher as the information is not enough to determine *** .... So we just wing it
-as number of Criss cross inheritance is less..
(Eg :Affected Female in Gen 2 have no affected Males from the info) We shalth Name it Autosomal dominant .

Carrier means they phenotypically normal but genotypically they are heterozygous for that recessive trait. They carry one recessive gene and one normal gene of that trait. They donot present with any symptoms.
