Brilliant song, all great musicians and singers too, I bought Lean into it on CD in 1991 I bought their first album on tape in 1989. listened to them constantly, as well as having Paul's 'Intense Rock' Videos and learning his picking and string skipping licks from them. Met him once at a guitar clinic he did in my city in Cardiff Wales, in 1995. He was funny, friendly, humble and amazing. A really great guy and super talented musician. As they all are too. RIP Pat. Thank you for the music.

I wish I could go back just one more time, to relive that time when Pat was still with us (RIP). Amazing at the time that they were a really good band and I didn't even realize how EPIC they were going to be until later on in life.

Billy is one of the nicest “high-profile” musicians I’ve ever met. Went to a clinic in LA in 99’ or 2000 or something. Anyways it was him and Michael Anthony from Van Halen at a local shop to chat about music and playing bass and such. Michael Anthony wore sunglasses inside the whole time, seemed uninterested and checked out. Billy said hi to my friend and I and when my friend asked him how he played his blazing bass lines, he pulled a bass on the shelf and said “here let me show you!” And proceeded to give an on the spot lesson. Amazing!

Just heard the passing of Foo Fighter's drummer Taylor Hawkins, and I thought of Pat Torpey....one of my favorite favorite drummer in my teenage years. And this led me to this great live clip. Great love to these great bands, great drummers, thank you for those great music and great beats!
