City of Tucson Code Enforcement Tips: Alleys and Sidewalk Responsibility

In today's #NeatNeighborTip we're talking about what you are responsible for maintaining.
If you have an alley behind your yard, you are responsible for the area behind your home from the rear property line to the middle of the alley.
For the right-of-way and sidewalk, you are responsible for the property line to the curb.
Not maintaining these areas could result in a code violation.
