Pretty sure it was freezing in the garage the day we recorded this so they were offering some warmth as well. Sometimes you just have to toss them aside and dive in though.
Bought my RZR just in time for 2020 KOH. Installed factory Polaris storage box in back using the Lock n Ride system like you did...Mine has 2 LnR points with small quick release levers, and thought this would be easy to steal...un-snap levers and grab box...So what I did was to install and adjust as you did, and then the thread still showing underneath allowed for a 5/16" fender washer and 5/16" thin nylock. Now the would be thief would have to get a wrench to remove the nylock to release. Also I am not worried the rubber LnR can't slide out of the hole...it could be loose but the flat washer keeps it from pulling out. Thanks for the vid!
I have the grip pro's the same as you. They pop out if I use anything that will actually require tightening down. Funny though, if I want them out its a huge struggle. Anyways, I use the same cooler and ratchet straps. What I do is use 1 per side. I feed the strap up from one hole then down the other. That let's you use a ratchet strap and no issues with length like you mentioned.
I built some simple brackets and ran the anchor eye bolts through them and into the bed holes. Holds it tight and you still have the eyes open for straps.
My experience is also to use ratchet straps also instead off the quick ones like those and they will not go no where. I cut them down and resewed them to make them work... I use one per side..I strap mine down like that... I will send ya a pic
I don’t have that information but it would have been helpful in the video. My understanding is that it is discontinued nowadays unfortunately. Suggest to watch the video to understand the concept, take some measurements and find something that physically fits your needs.
Loaded it Friday night. Topped off with ice Saturday. Rode all day Saturday in 85 degree weather. Forgot the cooler in a 80 degree garage. Checked it Monday evening... 68 degrees.
Could have been discontinued. You’re looking for any cooler with tie down points on the lower half. That’s what makes this work. Ozark Trail brand still has a couple.
Hello, from La Grange, KY. I ended up using the same style straps with my Ozark, but since I swapped my stock cage out for one from a Turbo S, I couldn't use the lock and ride holes on the sides like you did. I just run them through those slots in the bed and cinch it down. Super ghetto, but it works. lol Check me out on IG @lynn_eldridge72. Subscribing and....GO CATS!
Not sure plastidip would hold up to the abuse of trail riding and pressure washing! We have a lot of white on our machine so we will probably keep it that way. Thanks for subscribing!
Only laughed because you were using those thick gloves for that strap. Driving me nuts. And then I cracked up when you said "gloves are coming off"

Great info. The music track was bomb! Had to Shazam it and added the band to my playlist.
Thanks!

Fancy! We couldn't find ratchet straps short enough but what you're saying should work well!
Great video!
Cut the corners of the strap to make it a semi arrow and it will slide in nice and smooth
Great tip! Thanks!
45° angle works great
What model is the Ozark Cooler? Kind of a big detail.... Lol, great video

Just checking in with you guys see if your ok? Darrell
All good! Thanks for checking in!
What kind of a machine does he have?
U should do ice test while riding & let us know the actual temp of that day
Interesting thought! We currently have ice in there that is about 2 days old. Drinks are still ice cold.

What’s the part number of the tool box’s? Thank you
The big guy is Ridgid 221733 and the little guy is Ridgid 221735. They’re Home Depot only I think.
Part one was a great video 👍👍. Just subbed.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
I couldnt find this cooler

My question as I new to the rzr industry.. why not push cooler to from more towards rear seats?? Does it matter??
Good question. In Part 2 of this video, we mount a toolbox in that area. Check it out!
Because it's easier to access beer.
What do you mean by “rigged a little bit”? Expand please
Can you give me a time stamp?
Great video
Thanks. We are glad you liked it.
What year is the RZR?
2019
A smart guy would have cut the straps at a angle so that you can fish it through easy!
Never claimed to be a smart man! 😂
That is wildcat atv.
Yup i call it cheap! Lol
With a Honda Pioneer, I don't need tools! Ha, ha....

Hello fellow Kentuckian!
The only thing you can do with gloves on are weld, and pee your pants.

3 hours later ! Buy the brackets on eBay and be done in 2 minutes 😑$40.
Sure hope this doesn't take you 3 hours!
