Buuut, what's new?
The fact that Stella doesnt care about what Stolas did around the end of LooLooLand and just caring to oof him IN FRONT OF HER DAUGHTER is why I dont see her as a good mother, she is literally just the stereotypical rude rich mother. The start of Episode 2 is also disgusting, you can just see she doesnt think anything of Octavia, no maternal instincts and just put the pressure on Stolas.
In that episode and same scene you can also see that she took almost all the blankets from his side of the bed, leaving him rather uncomfortable and cold. It's obvious she doesn't care about him at all, just about status.
It seems more about the anger controlling her, rather the other way around. While somewhat justified, this might bite her back once she realizes who else is in danger other than Stolas.
What bothers me about Stolas is that he's nice, but aloof with his surroundings as well as the overall situation with Stella and Blitzo.
That being adultery, multiple times, and being in love with basically a hooker, who's only there for the money or book.
All because he bruised her pride and narcissistic ego 😝😝😝
Bombproof, Striker's horse, is easily one of my favorite designs in the entire show
Stolas is so cute in this episode. He seems like he's the only royal demon approachable by imps even when he gets a little condescending with them. Hope he can convince other royal demons to be kind with imps someday.

Such a great episode! Striker was such a cool villain, and it's great that he's gonna show up more to challenge IMP! Loved the interactions between Moxxie and Millie's family!
Can't wait for the reaction to Episode 6! It's easily my favourite of the first season!

I can’t wait for the start of Season 2, and when Episode 8 will eventually come out.
Wonder if it’ll ever come up again that the IMP team have that rifle now.
Not sure where I saw this but somebody said that Stella was based on a swan and in that same thing said that swans mate for life so chances are she actually has never cheated on him making the insult of him not only cheating on her but with one of the lowest cast of demons just that much worse
based on other comments, it seems less like it's the cheating part she's mad over, more so the imp part
they're nobility, they care a lot about their image, and sleeping with the peasants would tarnish their image
Stella is on the hunt for Stolas...hope we see her again more!!

this opening rant is very funny considering Helluva did indeed have to "censor" themselves by not using the the r-word after they got a lot of pushback on the pilot lol. I love the joke in s2ep4 that references it, kinda poking fun at it, but I also don't mind taking out slurs. I think censorship goes WAY too crazy with it, I just can understand why to avoid certain words if it has a crazy usage in recent-past. Not super sure the r-word is quite so intense but eh
I think Brandon is uncancellable but Vivian has had.... absolutely insane amounts of hate (even physical risk that got pretty bad apparently with hate stalkers) for extremely mild shit Brandon, or any of those guys you mentioned who are just fairly wealthy/self sufficient men who started their careers already being "offensive" so they don't have to fear a downfall from fans putting them on some weird pedestal, would VERY much get away with. So part of it is audience, and y'know women creators do tend to get very crazy hate fans that go so far as to stalk them irl.
People really have way too much energy & time if they're burning up their life on THAT shit.

Honestly, Stella being absolute trash is hinted at pretty early in the series, and looking back, it honestly just doesn’t sit right with me how everyone gives her the benefit of the doubt on her actions. I get why, but it still rubs me the wrong way. I seriously doubt she’d be given such leeway (especially on desiring him dead simply because he cheated) if the sexes were reversed.
Tho I am glad that now that it’s plainly been demonstrated she’s trash in the most recent episode, we all agree she’s the bad on here.
