The boost BMS used in the 9v battery housing project is TP4056 based and charges at 1a.
You shouldn't be charging LiPo batteries that small (probably 150-300mah) at 1a unless you want a fire.
To charge LiPo cells this small on a TP4056, you must replace the shunt resistor for a higher value (from 1k2 to probably 10k). Reffering to the TP4056 datasheet will show you which resistor to swap and what value replacement will match your battery.
