- The Pixel Watch 2 is a HUGE improvement from the first Pixel Watch. The battery is improved. Sensors are accurate with better charging speeds. However, there are some drawbacks we should talk about!

Nice video....Really enjoying my Watch 2...this is one great looking device and surprised how good is the speaker and microphone...have taken calls without having to pull out my phone and worked great.
Thanks for the review. I am currently waiting for mine to be delivered and am encouraged to see the watch in action in your review.
🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Great video and props for speaking about repairability. I would just change the cut sound in the video, it’s a bit too prominent
Great video mate and loving the United shirt 💪🏼
I have the charge 4 and my battery life is a week long on this thing. My 4 also has a feature where if you flip your wrist fast the watch turns on the screen to view it then goes off in a few seconds. Does the pixel 2 have this feature, and if you use this feature, how long will the battery last?
great video bro💯
Appreciate you bro
Charging pins are more effective at charging and generate less heat while charging, as the pins are in direct contact, whereas without pins are not so generates more heat, and less effective charging
First time watching one of your videos. Nicely done material. I am having trouble getting accurate sleep tracking the PW2 however. I noticed that you didn't mention sleep tracking. What are your thoughts? I tried a direct comparison of the PW2 and the Samsung Gaaxy 5 watch by wearing the PW2 on my left wrist and Galaxy 5 on my right wrist a couple of days ago. The PW2 said I slept 2 hrs 45 minutes and the Galaxy 5 said 6 hrs and 45 minutes which was pretty much spot on.
Really enjoyed this. It was great to see actual usage of the watch in action.
Appreciate you for watching
Another great review

First time watching this channel, you've earned a sub! Keep up the great work man, your videos are amazing and you should be really proud of yourself!
Appreciate it bro!
Great review! I really enjoy your style. I just got my pixel watch 2 after owning a fitbit Versa 3 for two years. The experience is night and day. Pixel watch is so much better!! Really liking watch OS 4 and the fitbit integration. Charging is fast, screen is snappy, and intuitive, and best of all, it just works with my new pixel 8 phone. Love it so much. The versa used to disconnect randomly from my pixel 6. it had to be double paired if I wanted phone and text functionality. I got to keep the fitbit functionality that I loved, and now I have a true smart watch as well.
Appreciate you for watching!
Does this sync with Fitbit. I have Fitbit for 4 years and want that all data into this watch
I'm not sure what I think on the watch. My first watch and I kinda of expecting more. There was issues with the setup. ND not find a way to install esim
Great video!
Great video
Great review, bro. This is exactly how I feel about the PW2. It's just better than the first gen in every way. I get two days out of this easily.
Easily bro!
Two days? What features are you turning off on the PW2? I'm happy with my battery life but I'm down to 15-25% at bedtime and don't do anything crazy with it. There's no way I could go a second day.
I never had the pixel watch 1, I really like my pixel watch 2. The charging speed is amazing and the charging pins are great to me since my parents have the Fitbit Versa 3 and Sense 2. I can use there charger when I visit them and leave my charger at home
Where the metal band from?
Can you share a link?
Google store.
nice vid. Thanks man!
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Is the watch snappier, than the first gen? Also great video, also also, Goodluck with the derby
100%, yes. Everything's been improved. Thanks for watching
my wife asked me to buy one, but I don't throw money through the window so found your video to confirm that it will be a good purchase. Thank you
Is no problem bro. Glad I could help
I like the watch but don't know how to use the data if you for get your phone.
I love my Pixel Watch 2, it just works and it works well! It suits my needs and provides me everything I need. I got mine free, when I purchased my Pixel 8 Pro, which I also love! Peace!
I love my Pixel Watch 2, just as I love my Pixel 8 Pro. Great match.
Will it work for example in Africa or in Asia?
Yes
The sense 2 is better overall. 7 day battery life just blows all these other watches out of the water.
Did you buy the LTE version? If so: can it function as a standalone watch, stream music and send texts by itself.
In other words, can I comfortably leave my phone at home?
Yeah I got the cellular and tbf I haven't activated it yet. But yes you can leave if it's activated
@@KJOS_ I guess the question wasn't specific enough (my bad😅), perhaps I should explain my situation:
I work in a region where they, for some reason, don't make use of WiFi (or at least not for employees). So I'm kinda stuck on 4G to stream music from my phone to my headset (BT, of course). I am not a big fan of Samsung (Pixel fanboy here), but they seem to have the only smartwatches I'm looking for.
I'm not much of a sports person, more a gadgets person. And if I want to buy a smartwatch I want one that I could use mostly by itself, possibly with some smart features (hoping to get things like active translation in the future). So to me the question is more about smart functions than fitness.
One other thing: I am diagnosed with epilepsy, so I could probably make use of the watch sensors when having a seizure. Probably something would stick out as unusual and I could see afterwards what the watch measured. It'd be great if I could command the watch to check up on me and call someone if needed. I really think Google would be one of, if not the first one to implement these kind of features. Especially now that they own Fitbit.
I'm kinda just browsing, thanks for the very quick response.
It's possible that the next pixel watch 3 will be my next watch, since every time tech gets upgraded, they get exponentially better. One of the big downsides I've come across so far on the PW2 is its size, and I already read somewhere that the PW3 will come in two sizes. I have large hands, so a bigger screen would definitely be welcome. I hope it can (and I think it will) function as a standalone watch, looking forward to it. Until then I guess I'll be stuck with my 2018 TicWatch C2.
I have garmins and a ticwatch. Pins certainly seem to charge much faster. I am all for them.
I got the tic watch pro 5 a few days ago. Currently testing. So far so good
I love thr pixel watch i didnt complete my pixel phone return because i have to return the watch too
Currently hoping the battery of my pixel gets better
Where did you get the metal link band?
Google sent me the band a couple of months ago
Me too. I only kept my Pixel 8 pro because of the free watch.
I was looking for a review of the Pixel 2 watch. This is more of a comparison of the previous watch so it wasn't very useful to me
Looks like google is forced to up their game since they getting f from all angles meaning in everything they are challenged hard now. I am happy they up their game on pixel hardware this year and expect they continue to double down in next generations to come.
The Pixel watch 2 do what it can & I think it can be better and more improved but it's a little better improvement than the first one hopefully the pixel watch 3 be better
This watch is not good for + size people and also in the swimming pool it doesn't work well it's unable to calculate heart rate if it's too wet
Thx for this one
If Samsung Added a snapdragon chip in its watched, Google would be in trouble 😅
Very true
I passed on the free pixel watch with a pixel 8 pro because hoping to get even better deal around black Friday, hope I have not missed the boat 😄
Ahhh! I hope so too
The battery is disappointing! A day with full features? other brands have up to 14 days... at least they could do like 20 min fast charging or something to make it bearable... :(
14 days? 😂 not sure if you are talking about Garmin, which isnt the type of smartwatch the pixel watch is, there are no smart watch which will last you more than a day and a half including Apple and Samsung with the only exclusion being apple watch ultra and Galaxy watch 5 pro.
@@prayashshrestha any of the watches from Xiaomi/redmi/huawei/huami. Check them out
Dash me one naaaa🎉🎉
🤔 i’m still not ready to buy a smartwatch but i watch smartwatches reviews. I prefer a Galaxy Watch 6/ 6 classic design and UI.
It’s good, Google sticks to a design like for Pixel 8 smartphones. Since i’m not into Pixel smartphones, it’s another reason of not buying this watch but at least this video gives me a different view of this watch.
There is no way to turn the sound completely off. The timer sound is permanently on. In my opinion that makes this watch the worst on the market.
Can you please elaborate. What alarm?
@@zooony2012 On the timer, there is no way to turn off the sound.
BS TalK MAN.
HOW about tech capabilities, updated sensors....
Battery suckss big time
This is a lie. Stop it.
The look and design just puts me off ..its like a watch for a teenage girl ...tiny with big black bezel ..🙄 id rather get a garmin
Garmin watch master race
@@gavinscottroyceSpigen and others make a case for it that makes it look like a rugged Casio
This isn't sexist at all
@@KJOS_ it really isn't I mean it is a bit small on a wrist and it's just his opinion, I also feel it is small and geared more toward the feminine crowd much like fitbit advertised for and catered to. His comment isn't sexist but anything to offend someone this day in age I feel.
Nah, to me it looks very good (maybe only the gw comes close). The smaller size makes it perfect for thinner wrists.
