The Social Balance of AGROSAVIA 2023 highlights the history of agricultural producers who implement sustainable practices in perfect integration with some of the technologies offered by the Corporation. Pedro Juan Muñoz uses the Sunki × English rootstock in his citrus cultivation because, with this rootstock, he obtains the best adaptation to the territory and good productivity. He highlights the importance of environmentally responsible management of pests and diseases and prioritizes natural methods over chemical ones, water conservation, reforestation, and the care of biodiversity. All of these practices are implemented on his farm, La Estrella, from where he calls on producers to make a transition to biological and organic.
