Season 4, episode 1 would have been 'Trial of Megatron' for me. He gets imprisoned but prior to his transfer he leaks what happened in the beast wars and some preds who once supported Tripredacus that want change feel Tripredacus hasn't done enough for equality or overthrowing so they plan a heist to free Megatron. During that window they have a protoform on hand. They put Megatron in a new body and blast a hole in the spark area of his Transmetal 2 form, basically faking Megatron's death. Megatron goes in hiding with his new preds and by taking some parts from beast machines, finds vector sigma and plans to do something with it/uses it. The maximals bring some DNA back with them from earth for Cybertron to study but also acquire alternate forms. Optimus briefs the council of elders on the beast wars and requests a ship to send back to earth to clear up anything left on earth that could alter the timeline but possibly recover any pods that have active protoforms in them. Using some of the comics knowledge, maybe some protoforms like Quickstrike and Inferno are bad which causes trouble for the maximals there. Some ancient cybertronian discoveries would be cool too like any offline Titans waking up or being found.
One thing I always wanted to see in Beast Wars media is the existence of a Transmetal 3. There’s a Transmetal 3 Megatron that’s a two headed Dragon form that was originally for the Transformers Universe Wars storyline (this design was used in Beast Wars uprising though). This makes me wonder what would Transmetal 3 versions of the other Predacons and Maximals look like?
I mean, given the nature of transmetals and transmetal 2s as sort of blending the line between organic beast and robot, you could argue that the technorganic forms of beast machines are “transmetal 3s”
Actually Transmetal 3 Megatron was originally Car Robots Gigatron. It was based on a Botcon design that was a repaint of that mold but personally I always considered him a TM2. Transmetal 1 has a unified design aesthetic of robotic beast mode + organic robot mode + third "vehicle mode" across the entire line. Except for the Fuzors which are considered Transmetals in the show but not in the toy line. Fuzors were kind of their own thing in the toy line. Transmetal 2 does not have a unified design aesthetic and is kind of ill defined as to what it even is. No two TM2 designs look or act the same way. Some of them have "vehicle" modes others don't even the number of vehicle modes they can have is different. Most are asymmetrical but not all of them And even the ones that are don't do it in the same way. Cheetor looks like a patch work of organic and robot parts similar to the Cyberbeasts from Beast Wars II except he's not a retool of an existing mold like they are. Blackarachnia and Dinobot both look fully robotic. Dinobot looks like his design was inspired by Terminator with that robotic skeleton design and the Borg from Star Trek do to his laser eye. A lot of people think that in the show only the Transformers upgraded by the TM2 Driver are actually TM2 but Dragon Megatron and Tigerhawk were also marketed as TM2 in the toy line. Optimal Optimus should have been as well but it seems they thought it'd be too confusing to have two TM2 Optimuses on toy shelves even though one is Optimal Optimus and the other is Optimus Minor. Some people think he's still a regular Transmetal but he can't be because he doesn't fit the design aesthetic of the TM1. He doesn't have an organic robot mode, he has TWO vehicle modes and plus he's obviously a lot more powerful than his original Transmetal form. He also got that body the same way Megatron so if Megatron is TM2 according to his toy packaging then Optimal Optimus must also be TM2. So even the origin of TM2 is not consistent between all of them. And BTW Tigerhawk is the only Fuzor actually marketed as a Transmetal in the toy line but he's not marketed as a Fuzor. So the original Fuzors were Transmetals in the show but never marketed that way and Tigatron is marketed as TM2 but not a Fuzor, we just know he is one because of the 2 animals fused together thing. I don't think TM3 is even needed because anything that can't be explained as TM1 can easily fit into TM2. The only real reason BW Megatron in the Gigatron body is called TM3 is to separate it out from his already TM2 body but confusingly the comic in which he appears is set PRE-BW so how does he already have a beast mode and Transmetal form in the past if he shouldn't have them yet? If the comics time line is to be believed TM3 Megatron existed even before Dawn of Future's Past Megatron.
Vok transmetal tech mixed with Cybertronian tech? Love it for the second season refresh idea. Instead of “Transmetal 3”, I would say this is where you introduce the abandoned “Trans-Tech” branding.
I think Silverbolt would pull the same thing Emu pulled with Kiriya in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. He quickly realizes that Blackarachnia plans to string along the Tripredacus Council, so he decides to help sell the ruse. They frequently clash in battle, with him attempting to plead for her to rejoin the Maximals only for her to refuse...but in reality, she's passing along information for Primal.
Maybe for season two, we would see the return of Tigatron and Airrazor, either revived or plucked at a different point in time. Both with a new Transmetal coat of paint. Tigatron in particular struggling with life on cybertron.
I agree with most of this. I would have kept the Maximals in their Transmetal forms to start, but have them changed by some force on Cybertron into new forms in order to sell new toys.
@@benjaminwiseman6567 I thought the setting of Beast Machines was perfect on an empty Cybertron filled with Vehicon Drones. I didn't like the Maximal forms. I thought they should have been vehicles again. Thank goodness for Botcon 2006.
Another thing I always wanted to learn outside the Beast Wars comics is how many of the original Autobots and Decepticons are truly still around from the G1 era? I mean the 3h comics did show this from what I remember but I always wanted to learn that from the show. Like is Rodimus still around, what happened to Scourge and Cyclonus and the sweeps, how did the whole thing with the Rebirth storyline really end after G1 like there’s so many fates I always wanted to learn from Beast Wars. Like what happened to the original g1 Predacons or the Dinobots (I know Swoop becomes the Veteran)
Ah man this is such a fun rabbit hole to go down. Vok-powered Tarantulas would be so interesting to watch because of his violent hatred of the Vok, but then he has them living in him and being the source of his power. Like, he was already kinda nuts before, this would be the most unhinged Tarantulas ever. I'm here for it.
Right now I am working on a pilot project for my own animated beast wars series called “beast wars forged in steel” witch will take place on medieval earth
1 I would like to see some o the anime beast wars characters make an appearance or become major characters 2. they have to address primal being able to carry the matrix, and what that means 3. I would like to see bumble bee come in as maybe part of the elders, a wise old bot(Yoda like) maybe give him a beast mode an actual bee just keep the same transformation as g1
I would object to the alliance-of-convenience between Optimus and Megatron. Optimus already tried that during the BW season 1 finale and it technically got him killed. I don't think that Optimus would ever trust Megatron again after that, not even for a microsecond. I think that he would instinctively see through Megatron's attempts to worm his way into the good graces of the Maximals and he would therefore object to it at every possible opportunity. He would think that the Maximal High Council is being blinded by naivete and desperation and he would try everything to make them see the light of reason. The resulting conflict between him and the superiors that he once respected without question would add to the sense of alienation that he already felt upon his return. He would also have to reconcile within himself the knowledge that the idealistic, pacifist explorer that once commanded the Axalon, the bot that would have wanted to believe that Megatron was now being sincere, never really returned from Earth and that the burden of leadership has changed him forever. Once the High Council relents to Megatron's pressure, I think that Optimus and his BW comrades would rather go rogue and fight the new war as a separate faction than to wait around for Megatron's inevitable betrayal. They won't take up arms against him directly since that would put them into conflict with their fellow Maximals, but they will try to uncover what Megatron's deeper plan is while simultaneously fighting against the Predacons. Megatron will obviously have some other scheme in the works, which would have something to do with his prior dealings with the Tripredacus Council.
I think a big thing to do would be to keep elements of their bestial aspects, namely their advantages, so what if they had reverse Transmetal gimmicks. If Transmetal beast modes popped out vehicle parts, then what if these new robot modes popped out animal parts? Like, Optimus Primal could gets some power gauntlets or Cheetor's legs could extend and go digitigrade for faster running. Keeps the beast aspects, but makes them fit in more on Cybertron. Maybe these could even evolve into full on robotic beast modes, and a hypothetical new Transmetal 3 form would give new Maximals these forms too, perhaps like a Nyx
I actually like Beast Machines but I will admit there were a lot of plot threads from Beast Wars that got dropped and never went anywhere. I would like to think Transtech would have picked them up and done something with them but if we're going to completely ignore Beast Machines and go with a story that more closely follows Beast Wars, fine. A lot of this is some decent ideas but I'd do a few things a little different. Since Waspinator was left on Earth along with some other tech from the future, I actually think that should be addressed first. So the Maximals get back to Cybertron but it's not the Cybertron they remember when they left. The technology is far more advanced than it was before. And the Predacons are the ones in control of Cybertron. Megatron isn't the one put into prison for his crimes, the Maximals are. Megatron is freed and given the chance to take on a Cybertronian alt mode. He tries to rescan into his original Cybertronian mode but when he does this he finds it's not quite what he expected. He does have a Cybertronian alt mode now, but he retains the coloration and abilities of his Dragon form. Cause this isn't really an upgrade it's just scanning a new alt mode. I don't think he would go back to his season 1 colors, instead he'd outright say this is what I originally was before the Beast Wars but it's different than I remember, because he still has the power of his upgraded body. Anyway... the Maximals would be left wandering what happened until they run into someone they recognize at the end of the first episode, Waspinator. He's also now back in a Cybertronian mode but he also looks much older than the last time they saw him. There are patches of rust on what is left of his body and he even sounds much older. That's because this Waspinator didn't time travel from Prehistoric Earth back to Cybertron, he actually lived through the Great War and his presence in the past is the reason that the Maximals ended up on an alternate version of Cybertron. I am also going to reference the fact that at the end of Beast Wars Waspinator actually ripped off his Predacon badge saying he was sick of being evil because this Waspinator is now a Maximal. He's going to reveal to the other Maximals that he did enjoy being worshiped as a God basically by the humans. He basically influenced history causing both Earth and Cybertron to advance their technology more quickly because his technology is so much more advanced. Humans would have done this first essentially making 1984 look like 2005. The Autobots and Decepcons would wake up in 2004 just like they did in the original history except that this time Waspinator is expecting it and after the Decepticons leave the arc he boards the Ark to join the Autobots. And this is where history starts getting messed up cause Waspinator is an idiot he ends up being more of a hindrance to the Autobots than actually helping them. By the time G1 Megatron finds the Insecticons the Autobots have grown to distrust Waspinator thinking he's screwing up on purpose. Around this time Waspinator meets the Insecticons and joins their group because the Autobots don't trust him and the other Decepticons don't want him. The Insecticons are the only ones that will actually take him in. And because of this, cause they actually make friends with Waspinator, the Insecticons end up not allying themselves with the Decepticons in this new history so they're now a neutral faction and anything they contributed during G1 never happens. But the Decepticons do end up capturing the Insecticons and punishing them as traitors to the Decepticon cause. The reason Cybertron is also so much more advanced in the future is because the technology the Maximals and Predacons used during the Beast Wars is introduced on Earth so much earlier in this new time line and Waspinator being a terrible Autobot allowed the Decepticons to get the upper hand in this new time line.
I'm also thinking because the Seekers and Insecticons were the ones upgraded by Unicron in the original time line and the Insecticons wouldn't have been involved in that this time around it means Thundercracker and Skywarp are now Scourge and Cyclonus and there's no Sweeps anymore. The Maximals realize that they need to get back to Prehistoric Earth to find the other Waspinator and bring him back to Cybertron to restore the original history. Megatron will also find out about the new history and realize that he kind of got what he wanted on accident thanks to Waspinator being left behind. Megatron's goal now is to stop the Maximals from getting back to Prehistoric Earth because he likes this new Cybertron and he doesn't want them to fix history. This isn't going to be the whole fourth season by the way at most it'll be a 3 episode arc to start the season and everything will be reset by the end of that arc. Waspinator will return to Cybertron as a Maximal but he's not going to join the main team because with him being a former Predacon and the other Maximals seeing how badly he screwed up the time line they REALLY don't trust him. Waspinator will return to his Cybertronian body though this time without the rust patches cause that was just a way of showing how old that version of Waspinator was. Old Wasp won't appear after that first 3 episode pilot so young Wasp gets his shiny appearance back. The other Maximals will also be given a chance now that they're not considered criminals anymore, to scan Cybertonian modes of their own. And just like with Megatron, Optimus Primal, Rattrap, and Cheetor will just choose to scan whatever vehicle mode they were originally and just like with Megatron they're going to notice that the alt modes they end up with are not what they were expecting cause they're retaining the power of their Transmetal bodies. So no I wouldn't return them to their season 1 collar schemes, they'd still be colored the way they were at the end of Beast Wars just now they have Cybertronian vehicle modes rather than their original beast modes. Rhinox since he never got any sort of upgrade during the Beast Wars he's the only one who would scan back into his original Cybertronian mode and the other Axalon crew would actually be able to recognize him as yeah that's what he originally was before the Beast Wars started.
Blackarachnia and Silverbolt, since they were born on Earth and have only ever known their Beast Modes would be reluctant to rescan into a Cybertronian form, this isn't home to either of them so they aren't comfortable with the idea of having to change who they are to fit in on Cybertron. It's going to be worse for Blackarachnia because she's going to be the one who feels like she's being forced to change. She's learned to trust the Maximals from the Beast Wars but she doesn't know these other Maximals on Cybertron. Silverbolt I don't think would jump to the conclusion that he has to scan a cybertronian form only that it's an option if he should ever decide to. So essentially everyone who was originally part of Axalon or Darksyde crews would have Cybertronian vehicle modes by episode 4 while the two who were born on Earth would still be in their beast modes for the entire season. That four episode would primarily be a Blackarachnia focused episode as the other Maximals scan vehicle modes and she doesn't want to. With Megatron in prison by the end of episode 3 we're going to see him being manipulative and cunning. If you remember there's actually peace between Maximals and Predacons on Cybertron so the Tripedacus Council are villains but they're Lawful Evil which means they would be co-operating with the Maximals and have access to the Prison where Megatron is being kept cause they don't like Megatron any more than the Maximals do. But while the Tripredacus Council is scheming behind the scenes trying to get information from Megatron, he's going to manipulating them at the same time trying to get them onto his side so they'll free him. It's not going to happen right away, there's going to be some build up and multiple interactions between the members of the Tripredacus Council and Megatron before they're convinced to align themselves with him. I'm not going to bring Tarantulus back but I would explore the "other origins" he mentioned that him and the Tripredacus Council have cause they're not descendants of the Autobots or the Decepticons and I personally like the Unicron angle. There was also an implied connection to the Vok because Tarantulus seemed to know who they were before anyone else did and had a deep seeded hatred for them. So I would like to find out what exactly the Vok are and what their past history is to make Tarantulus hate them so much. If I'm going to bring ANYONE back from the Beast Wars it's going to be Rampage. Cause they made such a big deal about him having an indestructible spark like Starscream that him being dead just doesn't make sense. Starscream himself also vowed he'd be back and get his revenge so I'd do an episode where both characters return both able to possess other Transformers bodies. Rampage would also be a floating disembodied spark just like Starscream. And if we keep up the theme of the characters having to be upgraded every season just like Beast Wars, I will use the idea of Cybertronian scientists studying the Transmetals and figuring out a way to replicate the effects. I think Rhinox and Waspinor who never got any sort of power up before would been keen on using it because they have a huge disadvantage against these new Transmetals. Rhinox is generally a pacifist but is also a power house when he needs to be would suddenly become useless against the TM3s and Waspinator has always been useless and just want to prove himself to the Maximals. Optimus and Megatron would also get this upgrade because of course they will it's kind of a requirement. I think the TM3's would be where you could use the repurposed Transtech designs, this would technically be season 5 at this point.
I think season 4 would end with the whole Vok story line being wrapped up so we'd know what they were, what they were doing, why Tarantulus hated them so much, there'd be no mystery about them left to uncover, Season 5 would end with the reveal that the Tripredacus Council and Tarantulus really were spawns of Unicron and that their goal the entire time was to revive Unicron. Season 6, and this is why I'm bringing Unicron back... it's another excuse to have him reformat some characters into new bodies to be his heralds. So BW Megatron will become Galvatron just like G1 Megatron did. Optimus Primal never actually had the Matrix of Leadership before but maybe he could get it at this point causing an upgrade to his appearance and maybe him being actually referred to as Prime rather than Primal once he gets the Matrix. I just want an excuse to upgrade the leaders in every season like Beast Wars did. Maybe Rhinox could also be upgraded by the Key to Vector Sigma because if there is anything I want to change from Beast Machines that I actually do hate it's how they treated Rhinox so I'm going to use the same plot device Rhinox used in Beast Machines to now be an instrument for him to get an upgrade while still being a Maximal because JUSTICE FOR RHINOX! I would repurpose the Vehicon designs for this 6th season because Jetstorm is so similar to Cyclonus anyway and the Vehicon designs are just so good I don't want to lose them. The Maximal designs I can live without cause except for Cheetor the rest of them were terrible but I want to repurpose those Vehicons. BTW I also want Rattrap to show Cheetor all the bars he likes to hang out at just like he had promised in early season 1 episodes of Beast Wars. This probably wouldn't be a whole episode on it's own or anything just like a recurring gag were Rattrap and Cheetor are a different bar in every episode. We'll even have one that references the topless bar Rattrap mentioned but it's going to be borrowing a joke from Futurama where Bender takes Fry to a topless robot bar. Cause you know they're never going to be able to show nudity in a kid's cartoon, it's not going to be like Rule 42 cause that makes no sense, they're robots. It's going to be fembots with exposed Spark chambers and inner robot details that aren't the least bit sexual in any way. It's going to an adult joke that parents will find hilarious and is just going to fly over kids heads.
I also want to bring Arcee back since Rattrap did mention she's his great aunt but I don't want the Blackarachnia repaint cause I don't think it really fits her character and she's not going to have a beast mode in this. I just want G1 Arcee so we can pay off that reference. I've always wanted to see how those characters would actually interact together since they're suppose to be related. I also want to bring back Wheeljack, the Dinobots, and the Technobots just to explore a possible connection with BW Dinobot. Cause they keep describing the Maximals and Predacons as descendants of the Autobots and Predacons and this is actually the closest thing in G1 Continuity to a full family tree cause Wheeljack built the original Dinobots, Grimlock built the Technobots, and there must be a reason why Dinobot would choose to name himself after an Autobot team even though he was originally a Predacon. I'll bring back the original G1 Scorponok and Inferno again because I want to explore the G1 connections more and they're BW counterparts are both dead. And since I mentioned repurposing some of the Transtech designs... We'll bring back Depth Charge, Shockwave, and the Constructicons. Now there was only plans for a Scavenger that we know about but I want a full on Devastator so I'll figure out a way to bring them all back and still have them combine. New characters that would be introduced are still going to include Nightscream, Botanica, Obsidian, Strika, Noble/Savage, and Immorticon. However Nightscream and Botanica would have very different designs cause those Technorganic designs aren't going to be a thing anymore and I'd fix some things about Nightscream's character so he's not as annoying. Noble/Savage would also be a bit different cause in my version he's still going to be a fully organic transformer but he'd be an alien creature that doesn't originate from Cybertron and instead crash landed there. Personally in my head canon I've always felt like the Vok had some connection to the Quintessons so I'm thinking that while the Quintessons created the first Cybertronians Noble/Savage would be the Vok's experiment to make organic transformers rather than robotic ones. You could throw in the BW Mutants as well, just repaint them so they look more alien. We also really need some excuse to move the story back to Earth at some point so that the Tripredacus Council can scan beast modes and actually look like their toys. Plus introduce Magnaboss as the counter to them. And I probably would keep the idea that they are just G1 Ironhide, Silverbolt, and Prowl so that also gives BW Silverbolt a chance to interact with G1 Silverbolt. I probably would have those 3 characters look like an amalgamation of their original G1 appearance and the BW toys so it looks like they've been modified to combine with each other to form Magnaboss while also making them more recognizable as the G1 characters until they scan beast modes. Maybe those 6 characters would go with the Maximals back to Earth to get Waspinator. Maybe that's how the Maximals manage to get free to fix the time line is with their help.
What if in the second half Beast Wars Aftermath, the Maximals have no choice but to ally with Megatron to stop a Vok Empowered Tarantulas . Much like how Thor had to ally with Loki to stop the Dark Elves.
I do think beast forms would work on cybertron, as there were Dinobots and insecticons and og predacons since g1, and there would likely be all kinds of alt modes on an alien world, for all kinds of purposes. It would be neat to see more of those!
Perhaps Primal could have himself reformatted into something similar to Star Saber; smaller robot able to combine with a vehicle to form a much more powerful entity. You could even use it for some drama, such as Primal being unable to access the ship, Predacons taking control, the ship itself becoming its own autonomous being and questioning its need to be linked with Primal, etc.
I don't think fuzor is gonna be hard to adapt into a Cybertronian vehicle. A wolf with airplane parts or an Eagle with car pieces is basically transmetal isn't it
Writing a better sequel for Beast Wars than Beast Machines is perhaps the lowest of bars to clear, but I think you went above and beyond with your treatment here! 😊
I feel like the maximal council would be more accepting of black arachnia than most, due to being autobots who all knew jetfire, and at least one of them would know of blitzwing leaving the decepticons
I think we should go back to a younger kids show and an older kids show, and one can be beast war’s inspired and the other can be standard transformers
Megatrons reformatted form could have a Nemesis style vehicle form with fusion canon mounted to his arm in robot mode. Also, anyone transmetal thats reformatted, it'd be great if they could keep their transmetal spark powers.
Those are very intriguing ideas for a Beast Wars sequel, I kinda agree with that storyline, I don't know what else I could add to it, but there would be much potential, at Ieast in my mind, will it ever be done? Possibly not, but it's fun to imagine it.
Since we are doing vehicles for the Beast Wars Cast , this show cannot be called Beast Wars instead, it should Transformers Cybertron Adventures . Unless you guys can up with any other alternate titles.
You could make it kind of like the positive prime armor, like where a trailer that can combine with Optimus primal vehicle or robot modes to make his car, jet monkey, and robot mode
This is basically everything I’ve always thought a direct Beast Wars sequel should be lmao My fanfic is gonna be accused to copying you when I start it lmao 😭
idea: Instead of Waspinator being mopped up as a loose end, he is specifically tracked down because of his experience with Starscream's Spark. and as such becomes crucial part of the plan to Save Starscream from Tarantulas. (and also remove the immortality from the Tarantulas equation). and then when all is said and done. Primal realizes that neither Predacon, nor Maximal can be trusted with Starscream's Spark (especially after what happened with Protoform X) and Primal lets Waspinator run again, with Starscream in tow. because Tarantulas may have been a massive threat to the Universe with Immortality and Vok power, Waspinator meanwhile, is still an idiot. and nowhere near as much of a Grand Cosmic Problem.
Could add beast wars 2 toys and neo as new cast members. Also new episode for a returning autobot maybe Jazz, sowing seeds that many autobots simply got new bodies during the great upgrade and their original bodies are kept in status fields in case of a Maximal and Predacon war.
Blackarachnia was reprogrammed from a Maximal protoform though. She would be on the manifest, but definitely different... Had the Predacon program shell not been removed. She should only be seen as different after debriefing, and even then, as being freed... Unlike Silverbolt being so weird.
A rogue vok poses as Primal and looks like the Nemesis Primal toy, convincing the elders the maximals are imposters. The elders want to rid free will like in the earth wars mobile game so they go along with it. Optimal gets to kick butt. Thats what i got.
Your character turns feel very much in keeping with Beast Wars storytelling. If we're going with Transmetal 3, we have to bring back a conflicted Dinobot/Rampage story line. After all, it was supposed to be an immortal spark .
You know, seeing you bring up a happy ending for Waspinator makes me want to see an homage to his appearance in the Windblade miniseries. When the Maximals arrive on primitive Earth to retrieve the abandoned technology and Waspinator he'd DESPERATELY run away from them, and when he's finally caught there would be the same exchange he had with Windblade and Chromia: "Why did you run!?" "Maximals were going to hurt Waspinator" "What? Why would you think we came all this way to hurt you?" "Everyone hurts Waspinator" "...that's...really sad...listen Waspinator, we aren't here to hurt you, we just need to bring you back to Cybertron safely so you won't disrupt the timeline further." THEN your Vox enhanced Tarantulas attacks, and bless his heart Waspinator is instrumental in defeating him and everyone cheers for him, so he gets to go back to Cybertron as a bit of a hero.
Albeit this centers around Earth, Nova Prime and his force of ancient cybertronians. As this takes some inspirations from certain pieces of IDW 05 fiction and some real-life events.
All of the loose ends have already been explained. The Vok don't care. They evolved from the swarm and as long as the stable time loop that made them is maintained they don't care. The only reason they even cared was because Megatron was screwing around with their stuff. There was a series of comics that showed that Gigatron tried to get the pods only for Razorbeast to hijack half of the pods leading to a war between the toy only characters.
Tarantulas would need to kill Megatron while he does have some issues with the Maximals and Predicons. Remember the Tripredicus council wants to rule Cybertron and splinter faction from the Autobot and Decepticon descendants. They did want Megratron terminated with extreme prejudice.
Why not have the cast be added for the Beast Wars 2/Neo characters? I think a few new characters, coming from those stasis pods will bring more Maximals/Predacons online. I think the Maximals from 2/Neo try to clean prehistoric Earth, and the Predacons from 2/Neo tries to ruin their chances.
do you think that a team of transformers that would have a dinosaur, 18th century, 19th 20th century vehicles modes who have been hidden on earth and thanks to an energon mishap are reactivated in the presence day
I love Beast Wars. But here is couple of ideas Bring over Japanese BW cause I know very little on it or fresh start on Beast Wars. I've been getting into 52Toys so I think fresh beast series is possible.
So in your idea how would Cybertronians react to the Maximials being so radically different to the point where they are basically closer to another species (The Vok) thanks to the transmetal and the transmetal 2 states? Cause I know the Cybertronians species has many and I mean MANY different subspecies in different continuities (Terrans, action masters, seekers, headmasters, whatever techno organic hyrbid Sari is, Alternity’s, Transtechs and etc) like I would imagine even if they change their appearance the maximals would have a lot of eyes on them from others
My pitch for a Beast Wars sequel is “Beast Wars: Extinction Event”. Here’s the premise: “The Beast Wars seemed to be over and finished for Optimus Primal and his Maximal crew. The Predacon criminal calling himself Megatron had been defeated and his machinations regarding altering history have been foiled, they’ve got a vessel set for Cybertron in their time, and they’ve emerged from the conflict as better people. However, little did they know their troubles weren’t over yet! Upon return to their time, the Autobot shuttle the Maximals had commandeered is shot down by the Predacon warship Lugnut’s Fury, resulting in them crashing on the Earth-like world of Gaia and Megatron breaking free from his bonds. As it was on Earth, Gaia’s Energon-irradiated atmosphere forces Transformers on both sides to adopt organic alternate modes to survive. But Energon’s not the only trouble our heroes have to deal with- not only has Megatron allied with Steeljaw, captain of Lugnut’s Fury, but Primal’s old rival from the Maximal Elite Guard Torca and his crew have come to Gaia… to arrest Primal and his crew because of them “breaking rank” to pursue Megatron and his gang after they stole the Golden Disk. Regardless of their feelings on each other, Primal and Torca must unite to stop Megatron and Steeljaw’s machinations. The two Predacons plan to reverse-engineer Gaia’s strange, immensely powerful technology and start a new Great War between the Maximals and Predacons. In Megatron’s mind, if he can’t rewrite history in the Predacons’ favor, then he’s going to cause the Maximals’ extinction event, yesss. Can Primal and Torca’s crews put aside their differences long enough to stop the diabolical duo? What secrets does Gaia have, and how do they relate to the Transformers’ past and present? And what ancient enemies aim to cause an extinction event not only for the Maximals, but for all Cybertronian beings? Find out in Transformers: Beast Wars: Extinction Event!”
Some specifics on BW Extinction Event: -returning characters get “evergreen” redesigns (amalgamating their various forms' best aspects; for example, Primal has his original form’s swords, his Transmetal body’s hoverboard and transformation, and his Optimal form’s shoulder cannons and shields) -new Maximals include Torca, Rhinox’s capybara gal pal from his days in the Maximal Science Corps Aquashield, excitable Australian Shepherd scout Crosspatch, a lax comms officer beluga named Melonhead, punk rock pilot Nyx, and pious flyer from Caminus Flamewing -new Predacons include a BWized version of RID 2015 Steeljaw (implied to be Wolfang post-defection; think the Grand Inquisitor from Star Wars Rebels), savage warrior Therozinaurus femme Sharpslash, sleazy saboteur raccoon Junkheap, loyal to a fault Smilodon sniper Razorfang, insecure bruiser snapping turtle Skold, eccentric bio-engineer Ravenspar (three guesses as to what he turns into), “giga-Fuzor”’ monstrosity Mechticore, and narcissistic warrior Injector -the Vok are the greater scope baddies of the series -Megatron is a spinosaur now (more powerful than a T-Rex, weaker than a dragon) -the Raptoricons from Of Masters and Mayhem (or at least just Thrashclaw) get to appear -Beast Machines will be referenced in a vision of the dark future that would’ve happened had Steeljaw not shot the Maximals down
Season 4, episode 1 would have been 'Trial of Megatron' for me.
I'm pretty sure that I've heard someone describe Car Robots Gigatron as a "Transmetal 3".
I love that, and then theres the bit of...him wishing she didnt keep shooting his foot.
Maybe for season two, we would see the return of Tigatron and Airrazor, either revived or plucked at a different point in time. Both with a new Transmetal coat of paint. Tigatron in particular struggling with life on cybertron.
I love the idea of Megatron being sort of Hannibal Lecter where they begrudgingly seek his advice but he's playing mind games and has his own agenda.
Ravage: You are a piece of work. Even in prison, you still operate your own agenda
I agree with most of this. I would have kept the Maximals in their Transmetal forms to start, but have them changed by some force on Cybertron into new forms in order to sell new toys.
What new forms?
@@blue18404 close to the Transmetals, but more Cybertronian, with some emphasis on the vehicle beast modes.
@@benjaminwiseman6567 I thought the setting of Beast Machines was perfect on an empty Cybertron filled with Vehicon Drones. I didn't like the Maximal forms. I thought they should have been vehicles again. Thank goodness for Botcon 2006.
@@blue18404 yeah, the concept for Beast Machines was good. The designs weren't other than the Vehicons.
I really liked the Gathering comic that utilized the stasis pods for toy only characters and brought in Magmatron.
I see TJ talk about Beast Wars, I watch!
PLEASE MAKE A SEQUEL TO THIS! That Season 1 Cliffhanger is SPECTACULAR and I want to know what happens next!
It saddens me that some people won't give beast wars a chance.
I love your idea of a Beast Wars Continuation.
I wish we had gotten to see the Maximal High Council
27:28 perhaps this idea could be how Starscream could get his Machine Wars body , or his G2 body (the G2 smokescreen repaint not the G1 redeco)
Right now I am working on a pilot project for my own animated beast wars series called “beast wars forged in steel” witch will take place on medieval earth
1 I would like to see some o the anime beast wars characters make an appearance or become major characters
2. they have to address primal being able to carry the matrix, and what that means
I think season 4 would end with the whole Vok story line being wrapped up so we'd know what they were, what they were doing, why Tarantulus hated them so much, there'd be no mystery about them left to uncover,
Season 5 would end with the reveal that the Tripredacus Council and Tarantulus really were spawns of Unicron and that their goal the entire time was to revive Unicron.
Absolutely excellent. I really like the idea of Megatron pulling a Hannibal Lecter here... ostensibly assisting, but also clearly pulling strings.
I think Megatron should be the power behind the Tripredacus Council.
We find out Ravage sent them the message that had him change sides.
A wolf with airplane parts or an Eagle with car pieces is basically transmetal isn't it
Silverbolt's vehicle form could be similar to G1 Autobot Tracks, he was a cat that could be a modified flying car.
Writing a better sequel for Beast Wars than Beast Machines is perhaps the lowest of bars to clear, but I think you went above and beyond with your treatment here! 😊
Early squad reporting in!
I feel like the maximal council would be more accepting of black arachnia than most, due to being autobots who all knew jetfire, and at least one of them would know of blitzwing leaving the decepticons
Primal should get a form inspired by the POTP toy where a normal size Primal gets armor to upgrade into Optimal mode!
Awesome ideas! I personally love BM's story but it does need more imagination to make it work.
If it never happened, it's up for grabs.
TRANSTECH!
@@samurexatlas7373 that’s good.
I love this idea
You could make it kind of like the positive prime armor, like where a trailer that can combine with Optimus primal vehicle or robot modes to make his car, jet monkey, and robot mode
I meant to say like the powers of the prime optimal Optimus
I am BEGGING you, on my hands and knees, to please start writing fanfiction and publishing it to AO3.
This is basically everything I’ve always thought a direct Beast Wars sequel should be lmao
My fanfic is gonna be accused to copying you when I start it lmao 😭
Phat planet begins to play
idea: Instead of Waspinator being mopped up as a loose end, he is specifically tracked down because of his experience with Starscream's Spark. and as such becomes crucial part of the plan to Save Starscream from Tarantulas.
MOAR Beast Warzzzz!
Oooh! I want a Triple Changer Silverbolt!
And came we make Waspinstor a good guy? Like a Sméagol/Gollem redemption arc?
Why would you think we came all this way to hurt you?" "Everyone hurts Waspinator" "...that's...really sad...listen Waspinator, we aren't here to hurt you, we just need to bring you back to Cybertron safely so you won't disrupt the timeline further." THEN your Vox enhanced Tarantulas attacks, and bless his heart Waspinator is instrumental in defeating him and everyone cheers for him, so he gets to go back to Cybertron as a bit of a hero.
goddam i wish this where a real show
I always thought that the Transtech concept should be used on select characters from the GoBots since they can't use the Bandai models.
5:54/6:06 - 6:18/6:21 - 6:33 I've been sorta developing a similar series of events for my Robertverse.
Albeit this centers around Earth, Nova Prime and his force of ancient cybertronians. As this takes some inspirations from certain pieces of IDW 05 fiction and some real-life events.
I prefer the idea of them having cybertronian beast modes and like g1 predacons or Dinobots god vid stil
The only sequel I want is Transtech.
(This video mentioned Beasts so it's obligatory that I mention Transtech)
I already had did 1!
Would something like this work for the 2021 Beast Wars comic?
Josh Burcham is planning on continuing it (albeit in a non-canon state).
Wait really?
TRANSTECH Is coming. We just don't kinow when.
do you think that a team of transformers that would have a dinosaur, 18th century, 19th 20th century vehicles modes who have been hidden on earth and thanks to an energon mishap are reactivated in the presence day
I love Beast Wars.
Here’s the premise:
“The Beast Wars seemed to be over and finished for Optimus Primal and his Maximal crew.
Some specifics on BW Extinction Event:
-returning characters get “evergreen” redesigns (amalgamating their various forms' best aspects; for example, Primal has his original form’s swords, his Transmetal body’s hoverboard and transformation, and his Optimal form’s shoulder cannons and shields)
-new Maximals include Torca, Rhinox’s capybara gal pal from his days in the Maximal Science Corps Aquashield, excitable Australian Shepherd scout Crosspatch, a lax comms officer beluga named Melonhead, punk rock pilot Nyx, and pious flyer from Caminus Flamewing
-new Predacons include a BWized version of RID 2015 Steeljaw (implied to be Wolfang post-defection; think the Grand Inquisitor from Star Wars Rebels), savage warrior Therozinaurus femme Sharpslash, sleazy saboteur raccoon Junkheap, loyal to a fault Smilodon sniper Razorfang, insecure bruiser snapping turtle Skold, eccentric bio-engineer Ravenspar (three guesses as to what he turns into), “giga-Fuzor”’ monstrosity Mechticore, and narcissistic warrior Injector
-the Vok are the greater scope baddies of the series
-Megatron is a spinosaur now (more powerful than a T-Rex, weaker than a dragon)
-the Raptoricons from Of Masters and Mayhem (or at least just Thrashclaw) get to appear
-Beast Machines will be referenced in a vision of the dark future that would’ve happened had Steeljaw not shot the Maximals down
And you could technically called him Transtechs
Cute I would like to know What the dogs name is?
Fund this idea hasbro
