If your a first time offender, can you get probation without any jail time or no? Any answer appreciated
Yes and no it all depends on the nature of the offence
I was sooooo annoyed i ended up on probation after being tidy no offence for 12yrs (only told the police they were corrupt) anyway i dreaded it as never got on with probation ever in the past but this time this lady was in her job because she actually cared, she was awesome, i managed the whole year and saw her for the last time just 2 days ago, she is a genuine person.

its not a offence to call a police officer corrupt they had no grounds for arresting you they proved your point by nicking you i got fined £80 for calling them corrupt the nps is run by narcs for the most part they shouldnt be trusted this is why baiting and gaslighting going in these centres up and down the uk there running the show in these probation centres
its not a offence to call the police corrupt they had no grounds for arresting you the same thing happened to me years ago they fined me £80 this is a case of bent cops making things up to suit there own liking in cases like this they are abusing there powers
, You say what does a probation officer do well I will tell you what you do... as a man with a disability I went to gay saunas locally I found that I had made friends with a man that you would have known or have sent to the gay saunas he was a sex offender towards young children convicted if your probation service did not send him to the gay saunas you definitely would have been monitoring him in the community and would have known that he was going to these places but he was not gay or bisexual I believe you send sex offenders to places like gay saunas to get them off the streets I had been going around with him for several years before I found out he had been convicted of sex offenses towards young children . I do not go to gay saunas anymore...
Single dads go to gay saunas people that leave it mix housing developments i.e with families go into gay Saunas you are putting us at risk.. You should know better
I think you are selling a job incorrectly.... Go talk to a probation officer and its a completely different story.... could be more different i so many ways....
