I don't know which version u saw, but Jenny was seen helping Bheem during prison break scene providing him with Map of prison, and in Netflix the movie is in Hindi dubbed version ,while the original movie is in "Telugu"language
Bheem wasn't actual brother to Malli but, it's just common way of addressing an older male person, but not too old or will be addressed as uncle. It's kind of a culture thing. Bheem is the protector of that tribe.
