Rava Idli:
Rava -2 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp
Curd -1 cup
Cashew - little
Green chillies - 2
Mustard -1/2 tsp
Urad dhal -1 tsp
Chana dhal -2 tsp
Ginger - small piece
Eno salt -1 tsp
Carrot - for deco
Puli Milagai:
Small onion -1 cup
Green chillies - 7
Tamarind -little
Curry leaves - few
Mustard -1/2 tsp
Urad dhal -1/2 tsp
Fenugreek-1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - little
Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
Rice flour -11/2tsp

Tried this recipe today Amma. Really fantastic. Here after no more packet mix only this recipe. Puli Milagai is really the best combination than chutney or sambar.

Really superb I tried this excellent taste. I will ask all recipes, tips and all to my amma wherever I want, but nowadays I am really happy seeing all your videos and trying it without disturbing my amma. All the recipe I tried till now came out well except kadalai parupu chutney.

Revathy ma i really tried rava idli many times it never came out in perfect consistency. The measurement and the consistancy ylu have memtioned herr gives a confident. I wilp definitely try. Just wanted to know in case if don't find eno salt. Can we add normal baking soda!
