You shouldn't have been nervous you are a good public speaker and did an excellent job of covering alot of material on a complex subject while highlighting both the challenges and successes of the project. Great stuff
The most valuable (though only potentially) part of this long video is the references he provides, apart from this, this vid describes the obvious elements and methodologies for trees in broad terms, and culminates in saying the tool he created in Houdini to make trees was "too complicated to explain", so he doesn't. It's basically one very long technical wank, "look at me, how clever I am."
Very good presentation. I enjoy ppl who can dive deep into a single topic and keep interest in it.
So cool to see someone who also modded Unreal doing one of these presentations.
