Air France and KLM are really struggling because of the transit visa issue for passengers with only African passport. But the joy of it is that, it has brought down the prices of flights from United Kingdom to Nigeria, especially Lagos for us with dual nationalities.

Yes I have travelled with Ethiopia Airlines before and I had a a long transit time of over 24hrs we were provided with airport transfers hotel and foods and free wifi in 2019 there might have been changes I don't know sha. Thanks for your videos always
Hi @SassyFunke I found this message on the German Embassy website (London office): As of 28 June 2024, UK residents holding a valid UK Biometric Residence Permit do not require a transit visa any longer in order to transit through a German airport. This exemption applies to holders of UK Biometric Residence Permits only. A valid UK visa does not exempt you from visa requirements for transit through Germany. I called the Dutch Embassy in London about this and the lady put me through the process on the phone with their website open simultaneously. She then showed me and told me that I don't need a transit visa since I have a UK residence permit. This seems like a new law that they have passed to favor EU airlines, especially KLM, Air France and Lufthansa.
USA Passport, so I have to check visas going to Africa (especially with long layovers). I’ve had wonderful experiences with Kenyan, Ethiopian, South African and Royal Air Maroc. I did need a visa for Arik Air back when it flew to the USA, but I had a layover over 24hrs in Lagos
Ethiopian airlines. My flight to Addi Ababa was delayed, and my connecting flight had to wait for me. I was the last passenger to board the flight. I gave ethiopian airlines 5 🌟 for that kind gesture.

Absolutely not true you can’t compare Ethiopian airways to kenya airways Kenya airways is more classy more cleaner you are definitely lying.Ethiopian airlines don’t even treat Africans well ,you will never be mistreated by Kenya airways because their crew are black .
