That is a great little gift!
Love this idea for the clear envelopes. One trick I wanted to share, put the seal side of the envelope at the bottom instead of the top, and then you won't have to ruin the packaging to get at the treats.

DARLING PROJECT, Connie! I can see this for so many uses, too! Nice way to use up some of that DSP as well! Great for craft fairs as you mentioned, for “treats” for classrooms, or a little “somthin’” for the mail carrier, news delivery person, UPS/FedEx drivers who deliver my SU orders~~~etc!! :-)). I love this idea, but will probably use inexpensive baggies because they will just get tossed after the candy is gone
Could be used as cute wedding favors by wrapping each candy bar with appropriate thened papers.
I would probably put the treats in Up side down with sealed end at bottom so they could just open the end without having to tear the topper off. It then could be reused
