Pork Pasta Soup| Vietnamese Macaroni Pork Soup| Mira’s Kitchen.

In this video, I’m sharing a highly recommended recipe for you. Hope you try it at home.
Ingredients and Measurements:
- pork bones/pork shoulder cut into bite size pieces
- 0.7 LTR of water
- 3 Stocks fresh celery
- 1 Yellow onion
- 1-2 medium carrots sliced
- A bunch of Shitaki mushrooms
- 2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 1-3 Tbsp fish sauce or substitute for more salt
- 2 Tbsp Fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp chicken seasoning
- 1-2 Tbsp Fried onions
Garnishes:
- Chopped cilantro and green onions
- Fried onions
- Sprinkle of ground black pepper
