- The First Stellar Blade Demo just Dropped so I figured I would post my quick playthrough.
the game's combat is much better than I was expecting, this demo might have actually sold me on picking this up day one

@@rustys7349 I always know when I'll like a game. I don't pre-order a lot but I day one bought most of the games I own. I can honestly say I've never wasted money on a game. I always get my moneys worth.

If we compare this to Nier Automata which this game is trying to be, it has a lot better music overall. This one is some generic Pop-like mediocre tunes.
The game has nothing to it except the main character's ass, which is selling point, no deference if gameplay is good or bad, people are gonna buy it for the ass, so no wonder.

@@Mohgenstein Nier, and by extention, the entire Drakengard series, was as niche as it got, the only reason why even people know about it NOW, is because of Automata, and mostly because it was made by Platinum Games, thus putting some quality to what's essentially a "play it only for the story" series, because the old games ranged from mediocre, to just passable at best.

The perfect parry reminds me of Sekiro and the enemy ambushes remind me of Lies of P and the precision dodging is like the evade in Jedi Survivor, and music seems Nier Replicant Inspired.

Truly a spiritual successor to Nier Automata! Just like how I was impressed by that game’s demo to the point where I bought the game at full price then (Black Box Edition too!), looks like I am getting this game at full price as well in support for being unapologetic with what they have to show (attractive characters oh no!).
Soundtrack sounds great too so they have my order for the CD (hopefully)!
Up next is Lady Death Demonicron in April!

Guys listen up, we need to make a statement with this game.
This game has been receiving knockback by woke weirdos, people are loving this game because it does what we want in videogames, and Kim Hung Tae has done an amazing job with this game, I know I should wait for the game to come out first but as a gaming community we need to make this game win game of the year at the game awards.
Doing this will let the developers know what we want in videogames, it will encourage Shift Up to make more sick games like Stellar Blade, we have the ability to rub it in the face of the woke weidos that has something negative to say about this game plus since these developers love to copy other games why not make them copy a good game.
We come together when it come to negativity so why not come together for something positive and Shift Up deserves all the accolades so again, we need to make Stellar Blade win GAME OF THE YEAR so we can make a statement to other developers.

@@bes12000 Spoken like a true consoomer. Just buy whatever flashy thing that comes your way without question. The game looks nice but nobody knows how the actual thing will turn out. For all we know it could be a phenomenal start but then it quickly makes U-turn within 2 hours in and ends up being an incredibly flawed experience. Or it could end up being the greatest game ever made or just something that's average and perhaps overhyped. The demo doesn't tell you the whole story, especially in video form.
@@niloticshadow Literally TONS of images, video Clips, detailed quotes from the CEO of Shift Up, of him saying game length and everything about the game, their inspiration, no micro transactions or paywalls, number of outfits, story length, total play time length with side quests, free DLC...etc..etc.. there literally isn't much else to know after seeing the demo, but all evidence shown BEFORE the demo was released was enough for a preorder, also the devs are Based AF, so they need support and props for sticking to their vision and no censoring the game. If you want to be cautious, to each their own I guess, but me personally I have enough evidence.

when i check it seemed like they had a good amount of Language options both Text and Voice.
No I missed it as well hopefully they'll rerelease it soon
22 different language support for text, and 8 different language support for audio. 9th audio support is Japanese but only available for Japanese version due to licensing issue.
Korean, English and Japanese audio also have lip-sync animation.

Aww man, the only thing i dont like is the death screen,its a bit bland , NEIR AUTOMATA did it better were finding the last time the player died ,you can choose to revive or pick up the previous exp items it contained
Kind of a premature game over. Don't even get to see her fall over. At least its not ragdoll though.

DMC + DS + Bayonetta + MGR: R + Nier: Automata. Seems good, but gamepay is sluggish. This game is definitely for PC. Will be waiting PC version, seems exclusivity won't last long, after couple months I think be released on PC/Xbox/Gamepass.
This is will come to PC. But this ain’t coming to Xbox. Sony published and funded this game.

The parry animation needs to look better
They should have made the other girl from the beginning the protagonist, Eve's triangled face is a bit too much of an Uncanny Valley IMO.
God, from the trailer I thought it was a mix of Nier and Bayonetta, but it turns out it is a FUCKING SOULS-LIKE game.
Now every game is a copy of Dark Souls, hack and slash games are dead...
I feel you, I expected a character action game, not a souls like copy. Guess chinese gacha arpgs are the only option if you want to play a character action game.
I found souls combat is annoying, I prefer hack and slash as fast combat with sword and guns

I hate the music. Is this some KPop or ?
Not sure how I feel about the telegraphing on some enemy attacks like when you parry 1 attack but then the enemy attacks you immediately after with little telegraohing. Also if they really wanna do the thing where enemies jump out and attack you out of nowhere they should at least reduce the damage cuz that’s bound to end in an unfair game over.
Music sounds stellar. Reminds me of NieR and Phantasy Star.
The devs state there are difficulty levels like easy, not sure what this person had theirs on but it looks like normal or hard.
