Such a great band! All members seem to be humble masters of their respective domains.

I was blessed to live in Atlanta when ARU started and saw them around 5-10 times per year between '89-'92. I also got to see Bruce in some of his bands before ARU. My favorite band is the Grateful Dead, and so I was thrilled when Jimmy joined the Phil Lesh Quintet or when Oteil joined the Allmans. Yet I can also say it did not get any better than a live show with ARU. Looks like the people at the Bottom Line are a sit down serious listening crowd which is cool. In Atlanta, much of the audience was going off. For those who love Oteil with Dead and Co, he barely plays compared to a show like this one, and I wish more people could see what he's capable of playing.

The best band in the world! I saw them first in 1991 and then my band shared a few bills with them in the next couple of years. Insane band, great players, wonderful human beings.

I don't know much about Davy Crockett as a historical figure, but I do know this much: He said "Be sure you're right, go ahead."

One of my biggest influences on the instrument, Jeff SIpe. Damn, I've never seen this one before!

3:38 they play exactly ten seconds of "time is free". This is why they are the best.

Awesome! One of my favorite bands! Too bad the original line up was not still together. Too much great music lost.

I put this band up against any band, any genre, from any time period.
